How your broker know? Hopefully is good news ! Website down, trading halt for so long.. scary nia.. haha.. but their parent company SRE doing ok and they manage to distribute the shares of sinopower to their shareholders.. moreover, they are doing not bad in the last quarter, so logically if it really bad news, it sadden me lor

I think it should be something to do with the agenda of distribution of share from sinopower... if bad news, then auditors might find some problem during the transaction.. if good news, then should be related to their business

Most probably will publish the new before tomorrow trading time. My broker told me "good" new. Not sure how true is it. Cross finger...

It's killing me to wait for the news. I try to take it that they already under susp.

I did some research
-china milk halt for 4 days continue with suspension
-china hongxing halt for 3 days continue with suspension
-sino env halt for 6days continue with suspension
-oriental century halt for 3 days continue with suspension
-beauty china halt for 3 days continue with suspension
-fibre chem halt for 2 days continue with suspension

Wait until further announcement which take months or even years. But most of it, they will just disappear like its never exist.

I still can't believe that CNT which able to dual list in hkg and sgx is a junk stock.

I think maybe something to do with delisting.. maybe .. there is a distribution of share by sinopower investment limited to SRE... news should be released tomorrow. let's hope is not so bad news.. haha

On 3 October 2012, being 2,658,781,817 shares in the Company held by Sinopower Investment Limited (representing 

59.20% of the total issued shares of the Company) were distributed by way of specie to its sole shareholder, namely SRE 

Group Limited which is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and SRE Group Limited had immediately 

implemented the distribution of 2,658,781,817 shares in the Company to its shareholders proportionally. As a result, 

Sinopower Investment Limited and SRE Group Limited no longer have any shareholding interests in the Company.
