What is happening to CapitalMall??  The stock price has been dropping for 5 consecutive days, while the market is slowly uptrending..

The last time this happened was in Jan 2009.  Does this means that the 3Q results may not be that good or the dividends will be lesser in 3Q?

Blastoff      ( Date: 16-Oct-2010 13:53) Posted:

If you are using cash, it will appear in CDP. But if you are using CPF, then you can check through the bank which you have opened the investment account, you can also check through internet banking.

It will not automatic appear in your poems. You have to add it manually.

Hope this help.

Hi all,

I'm super newbie, can someone help me with these elementary questions:

Is checking CDP the only way to know the amount of rights allocated? If I'm allocated the shares, will it appear on my poems account, else how can I trade?

 Thanks

Oh I see. Thanks KIMPEK.

What is the difference buying mother share with merket price? At the moment, EzraR 0.585.   1.18+0.585 = 1.765. Market price is 1.77.

If u are existing shareholder, you will be entilted the right, if u are not u can buy the "right" from open market and subscribe to the mother share at $1.18 per share.

Alternatively, u can sell your 'right' before the expiry date...

A bit confuse. We cannot buy the Rights without mother shares. So how to buy Rights with 0.62? We can apply  only as Excess share, may get or may not. Please correct me.

pehtrick      ( Date: 22-Sep-2010 09:35) Posted:

price of rights should be equivalent to current market price of underlying shares - 1.18... e.g. if ezra is trading at 1.8 now... rights could sell at ard 0.62. hope this helps =)

pehtrick      ( Date: 22-Sep-2010 09:32) Posted:

you can sell your 2 lots of rights anytime from today... you can either sell it in 1 lot (1000 shares) or sell in 200 shares... there might be some difference in prices between the two so it's up to you how and when you wanna sell..

It is stated very clearly here.

It means you will get the rts offer statement on 22nd Sep or perhaps 1, 2 days later depending on the efficiency of the post office in your area. It is also when you can choose to buy the rts or trade them as "nil-paid" rts within the trading period.
