Even if the price moves up, the 3 emas pose a strong resistance.

I would prefer to enter only when it is above the 3 emas n either test

it as a support or then forms a higher high n higher low after breaking

above the 3 emas and the 3 emas gradient flattening.

Have u guys use the Chaikin Oscillator indicator b4?

To my understanding, it is a helpful volume based technical indicator that helps confirm the price movement or divergences in price movement.

And according to my interpretation, based on current China Sport Chaikin Oscillator chart, the Chaikin Oscillator is making higher lows. And this signal a possibility that the previous downtrend may have ended.

Correct me if i interpret wrongly. (A discussion that hope to learn & understand more) Smiley

Keppel Land: Buy (DMG, 13 July)
Keppel Land announced the proposed delisting of Evergro Properties, its 85.4%-owned subsidiary. Under the delisting proposal, KepLand will make an exit offer for the 14.6% of Evergro's share capital which it does not own. KepLand’s exit offer consideration involves either (1) 0.1429 shares in Keppel Land or (2) S$0.29 (16.0% premium to last closing price of S$0.25) in cash for every unowned Evergro share. Management believes the move will help to combine both companies' extensive networks, operational expertise and industry knowledge, thus providing Keppel Land with a stronger platform to maximize the potential of their existing portfolio and collective strengths. Given that the counter is thinly traded (~ 50,000 – 80,000 shares traded per day on a three to six month basis) and its last closing price already represents its 52-wk high trading price, we implore Evergro shareholders to take up Keppel Land’s exit offer. We maintain our BUY rating for Keppel Land at S$2.98, at parity to its end-FY10 RNAV.

China Sport is currently oversold. Hope we will see a technical rebound to bring it up....... thus avoiding the possible further downtrend u mentioned.

N tomorrow Singapore will announce its economy results, n based on the news publish in The Edge Singapore, Singapore probably will emerged from recession on production gains

News to be confirmed & announced tomorrow.

Next China 2q gdp will be out on 16jul & China June PPI and retail sales out on 17th jul (provided by DBSV)

Hope the upcoming news are positive & help push China Sport further up. Smiley

China Sports closed 1 cent down to 12 cents , there is only 1 cent to go to break the down trend channel at 11 cents . If this lower line of the down trend channel could not provide the support to the continuous falling price , then the down side target would be achieved easily .

niuyear, i thk wait for awhile first. The MACD signal seems like starting to point downtrend. Wait for clearer signal b4 decide to go in.

The next supporting resistance should be at around $2.13.

I am not sure of this stock for we will see lots of spike in coming years!

Bloomberg news -

June 30 (Bloomberg) -- Food emergencies are likely to increase in coming decades because of climate change, according to Alexander Sarris, director for trade and markets at the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization.

“You can see very clearly a sharply growing trend in food emergencies,” Sarris said at the World Agri Invest Congress in London today. “The climate issue may actually start playing havoc with the market.”

Last year’s food crisis was caused by hoarding and export restrictions rather than a global shortage, he said. Rising food costs last year prompted unrest in countries from Mexico to Indonesia and spurred governments in China, India and Russia to raise export taxes on foodstuffs.

“There were plenty of supplies to go around but there was a lot of hoarding,” he said.

Concern about supply may cause price surges in coming decades. “We’re likely to see more spikes in the next 20 years,” Sarris said. “You have to make people more confident in the market. It’s the loss of confidence that creates spikes.”

Btw this week will be an interesting week with quite a number of news affecting the STI index to be released.

May have positive impact on Kepland too, if the news are positive one. Let monitor first. Smiley

Hi dealer,

My view is similar with other birds in this kind of case. Plus a one more point to further support my view:

1st - TA: uses 50MA, last 2 days, kepland fail to hold above 50MA. Tracking the performance of other blue chip property counter, most of them fall below 50MA also. 50MA might become a temp. resistance px for these property counters together with weaker mkt sentiment, it will find it hard to cross back above in short term. And MACD nt yet in sight of turning.

But I believe its correction will soon be over. Standby your ammo if you are interested in this counter.. ;)

BTW the symtoms they mentioned is fr when one company acquired the other company.

Actually I am a investor for Kepland also, i hope this news got instant positive impact on its stock value. Smiley

Emm i will say a slide in price b4 reverse. A further fall sound too expensive for acquiring of other company (which should be a positive news).

BTW my opinion on Kepland, is currently it is still under correction. Now let see what the impact of this news to the stock.
