Hi, instead of talking how much one knows about technical analysis, I challenge anyone to a forecast based on your ability.  At least for the record, I am correct in predicting this counter will come to the current level and not a bullish forecast as some people had commented.  Please talk about a level and some kind of time frame.  Any one?  especially ipunter!!!
