The U.S. Federal Reserve's $85 bil/mth bond buying has fed a steady stream of cash into emerging markets in recent years. But speculation over the potential tapering of  such program, has intensified in recent months, leading to a spike in risk aversion and heavy outflows from emerging markets in recent times.

Stock mkts in Thai, Philippines and Indonesia have erased considerable gains made this year, while Nikkei has fallen 20% in the past few weeks.

x 0 		Scene  one turning to scene two, as more players took profit on the first opportunities as trade price move forward - not taking any chances on weekend. This coming  week, mkt will play out again.

There is two scene, optimistic players n profit takers. Mkt yesterday confirmed Yoma has fallen by 10%.

First scene it has found support  @0.90c, next if it fail to breakout of it expecting optimistic range.

It's up to mkt players to  play Yoma expectation, breakout will mean,  testing another new range of $1.10c ++

Just promoting short term  stk /shr trading interest in SJ.

Issue Price of S$0.029 for each Rights Share represents a discount of:-

(a) approximately 42.0% to the closing price of S$0.050 per Share on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) on 6 June 2013, being the last trading day prior to the date of this announcement and

(b) approximately 34.4% to the theoretical ex-rights price of S$0.0442 per Share.

Based on an Issue Price of S$0.029 and 1,001,752,020 Rights Shares, the estimated net proceeds of the Rights Issue, after deducting estimated expenses of approximately S$797,000, is expected to be approximately S$28,253,000 (“Net Proceeds”). The Company intends to utilise the Net Proceeds as follows...

8.1 Books Closure Date
In respect of Entitled Shareholders, notice is given that the register of members and the share transfer books of the Co will be closed at 5.00 p.m. (S'pore time) on 19-Jun-2013 (books closure date) for the purpose of determining the provisional allotments of rights shares of Shareholders under the Rights Issue other than those Shareholders whose registered addresses with the Co or the CDP, as the case may be, are outside S'pore and who have not, at least three (3) market days prior to the books closure date provided to the Co or CDP, as the case may be, addresses in S'pore for the service of notices and documents under the Rights Issue.
