One of my long is: Kepland. Buy it b4 it start to fly. Emm SembComp is also one of my long.... & a few more.

Btw I regret didn't buy F&N when it is around $1.90 that time. Woo..............now u see it is $3.97. (Dui -sin- gua  >> dialect description)

Emm but to be frank, those long one must choose properly..............

Got to risk holding on to them for bigger profit ................................

Haha, emm sometimes what people say is right: No risk no gain lah.....

So i interpret it as got risk got bigger gain..........

ya..i hit them bec they are at their all time low earlier. but fail to rebound n break all time low. now its all time low might become its resistance, so im not gg to sit and wait for them to risk while there are so many other undervalue counter ard. so just cut it.. ;)

I have some long term stock already, thus did not add this baby in my collection.

Looking for some good potential short terms stocks now instead...........Smiley

Keppel Corporation and Keppel Land will take up interests of 45% and 55% respectively in a 36.8-ha site located in the 4-sq km Start-Up Area of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.

The total capital investment cost of Keppel’s development is about RMB 705 million ($148.5 million).

Keppel Land has been appointed the project manager for the development of the site, which will be carried out in phases.

The site is expected to yield about 5,000 homes in total as well as commercial developments including office and retail with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of about 680,000 sq m.

Phase 1 is expected to yield about 1,760 homes with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of about 170,000 sq m and commercial developments (including office and retail) covering a total GFA of about 40,000 sq m. Construction of Phase 1 will commence in 1Q 2010 and the sales launch of Phase 1 of homes is expected in 2Q 2010.

The Keppel development is located along the Eco-Valley, which is the ecological green spine linking major transit nodes, residential developments and commercial centres. It is also in proximity to the Eco-Business Park and the commercial sub-centre which is located next to a planned light rail (LRT) station.

Eco-features in the Keppel development include the provision of good thermal insulation for buildings and use of solar energy to reduce energy consumption; thoughtfully planned internal spatial lay-outs for effective lighting and ventilation for indoor air quality; rainwater collection for irrigation and outdoor cleaning purposes as well as extensive landscaping features including the introduction of sky gardens.

The Tianjin Eco-City is developed by Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co, a 50/50 joint venture company between a Singapore consortium led by the Keppel Group, and a Chinese Consortium led by Tianjin TEDA Investment Holding.

The above proposed transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the respective consolidated earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of Keppel Corporation and Keppel Land for the current financial year.

Not only is CSI bullish, so is Hongxin, as it had broke out of the bullish contracting triangle continuation patter n formed higher high n high low with a string of bullish indicators (see Hongxin thread)

Bc the divi is attractive. I had vested in this one too.

Besides this one is the better one compare to the other shipping trust ........

Actually i'm waiting for around $1 range. Not sure if can get it. Current market sentiment is good, n all stocks are moving up.

Anyway if can't get, than i will go for other counter first............

No rush getting into this one.........

For Yanlord: abit too expensive now. Last time when it drop to less than $1 , should have buy.   >> not my choice due to its current price.

For Sinotel: Is a telecommunication company. It is reaping the rewards of the billions of dollars earmarked to upgrade China’s telecommunications network. Btw if not wrong, this company don't give divi right?   >> Not my choice

For Longcheer:  One of the company that had been under my radar fr a while. Should be vesting in this one. But this counter movement seems not much up since i am monitoring it. If vest in this one, i will hold fr long term. Anyway it provide dividend (at least twice a year), n most important the company FA is good.

For HL Asia: This one looks not bad >> Needs to look more into it n see first

Vested in Epure as well. Looking at Midas & Longcheer currently.

Midas that RichTan suggest is good (the FA is good). But recent share placement made some investor unhappy, thus affect the share price.

I'm still look at good price entry opportunity fr this one.

Besides Midas, there is another one: Epure international. It is a leading Chinese water and wastewater treatment solutions provider at China (with good FA as well)

It has the potential to be the Hyflux of Singapore. Had vest in this one.

Emm now still scanning which other China stocks that is worth the money to vest in.............

Anyone who know which other best one to choose...................feel free to share here. So we can arrow down our search. But of course we will dyodd.Smiley
