Long history in the construction business. Maybe more

than 30 years. Correct me if I am wrong. I think one

of the early construction pioneer, yet when listed it's below

water. Very worry to invest.

The odd to make money on IPO for the last three counter; Debao, CACHE & Tiong Seng. @ down and one up. So literally , it means 66% is below water for IPO at debut.

SGX suppose to be the watchdog and see that

listed companies should not infringed the exchange's

rules and by-laws.I have observed prices been pushed

up before right issue. Is this legal??????
