When you are asking this question, it shows you have no idea what you are doing.

If you have no idea what you are doing, my advice to you is don't trade this kind of China Penny Stocks.

They can wipe you out very quickly.

Learn how to trade less risky stocks first, like the STI 30 Components, before venturing into S-Chips.

Don't jump into the deep water before you learn how to swim.

My humble feeling, because SGX  secondary market for all S-chips is no longer as their S-chips listed companies fund raising purposes, so whatever low the share market reflected say Sgd. 0.005 is not the problem to those listed S-chips company. They can still run the companies as usual. I supposes! Also, almost 90% of SGX market players now are traders too!

it is not very good to have huge receivable. Receivable is like allow customer to buy on credit. You don get the money yet. High chance of running into bad debt. Somemore their operating margin is abit high! Cost of Revenue is too high !!! Their financial ratio isn't attractive, most of them is showing very negative sign.

If anyone of you die die wan trade on this, best is place your stop loss first. important to cover yourself.

Strategy / Earnings Review: CIMB downgrade STI to Neutral from Overweight, although FSSTI target is unchanged at 3,560. Note that 1Q11 season disappointing and headwinds are looming from rising costs with sales growth losing traction. Globally, US growth appears to have slowed while EU debt concerns are resurfacing. House deem its time to pare down its 2yr old Overweight position on SG……

Add that SG market lacks growth, with conglomerates and ppty Co’s possibly at peak profits now. Banks may find it hard to lift profits meaningfully in low i/r envt, while Telcos face competition and Transport struggling with high fuel costs. adFew growth options in SG are Genting SP, Noble, Olam, DBS and possibly 2nd tier O& M plays. SG’s limited growth opportunities but strong balance sheets, seen in div surprises at SingTel, SIA, SIA Engineering and SATS…..

House top picks for large Caps are DBS, F& N, Noble, SIA, OUE, SembCorp Industries and Wilmar, while top small-midcap picks are CWT, Ezion, FCOT, Midas, STX OSV, OKP, UMS and Foreland Fabritech.

Z-Obee surges on positive profit guidance

It is time to diversify your portfolio or recover your losses in stock.
To reach financially freedom, you need to invest.

Invest in land and get a double return in 4 to 5 years.
It is just about 44 lots of Z-obee for 1 unit of land.

Strauss-Kahn’s fall might bring about rethink of doomed strategy of throwing good money after bad

It gives me no pleasure at all to

jump up and down on Dominique

Strauss-Kahn’s grave. Nor should

we yet presume him entirely dead.

The man must be presumed innocent until proven guilty and, in any event, there is still some chance that the whole sordid affair turns out to have been a political set-up, in which case he might even emerge from this bizarre scandal with credit and sympathy.

Yet it is about time Europe’s ownership of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and particularly France’s apparently divine right to the top job, was brought to a close.

If Strauss-Kahn’s nemesis in a New York hotel room loosens Europe’s grip, then that may be no bad thing.

STI recent low was 2935 on 18/3 and

previous low was 2919 on 18/8 last year...

For STI to go down to 2900...another 200+ points drop from STI now, very unlikely, not within next 6 months.....unless huge disaster strikes, natural or financial.....
