PS Group launches IPO for Catalist listing, a supplier of fasteners, placement of 20.4m new shares at $0.25 apiece

Trading of the shares expected to start on a " ready" basis at 9am on July 11.

Share represents 30% of the enlarged share capital of 68 million shares of the group.

United Overseas Bank Limited is the sponsor and placement agent.

PS Group Holdings Ltd, a supplier of fasteners, placement of 20.4m new shares at $0.25 apiece


The placement closes at noon on July 9, with the listing and trading of the shares expected to start on a " ready" basis at 9am on July 11.

Share placement represents 30% of the enlarged share capital of 68 million shares of the group.

According to the prospectus, (five) including Norway's govt pension fund, U.K.-based Newton Investment Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Mgt Co, and Great Eastern Life Assurance.

The five have agreed to take up to S$226 million in units, or nearly 45% of the total. Cornerstone investors generally agree to hold on to shares for a specified period as an expression of confidence in the company.

SPH REIT offer, yield of as much as 6% based on fiscal 2014 projections for the two malls, which a combined value of $3.07 billion

Upon listing of SPH REIT, SPH will remain the single largest unitholder, with approximately 70% stake. It also plans to distribute a special dividend of S$0.18 to shareholders.

Credit Suisse Group is the sole global coordinator for S'pore Press REIT offer, and the underwriters are DBS Group and OCBC.

Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) filed a prospectus with the central bank yesterday for an IPO of up to S$554 million after a three-week delay, in a sign that recent volatile equities markets are on the mend.

The company is seeking to list its two shopping malls through a real estate investment trust and has kept a price range of S$0.85 to S$0.90 per unit.


Five cornerstone investors have agreed to subscribe to 251 million units, the prospectus showed, 308.88 million units will be offered to institutional and large  investors via placement, while public tranche will be around 84 million units.

The move comes three weeks after SPH delayed plans for the REIT IPO due to weak global markets.

Not the least. This coming week third (3rd) IPO-ing, offered @$0.48, errr...placement to investors.

Base on info on Prospectus -  Healthway still own 7.95% of IHC.   

teeth53 thot - BBs who vested from this exercise will priced their support with the 7.95% in mind.

Forward looking, Healthway share value should move beyond $0.118 base on IHC share. It's no brainer for Healthway to remain @8cts b4 BBs move to collect n swallow up all.

If on July 8 opening is +ve, IHC huat..argh. Healthway shareholders oso huat liao...argh.

Last Friday +0.002cts to closed @0.083cts. Healthway is deem undervalue.

Healthway is a healthy way to go...nice n steady. Within one year only. Oneself (players)  may need abit of holding power n patience to huat big big..argh.

Healthway Medical Corp (recommended to  HOLD - HMC) to International Healthway Corp (recommended to  STAG - IHC)

Likely owner, if not most pre-ipoed  players is,  is cashing out on coming Monday, especially on IHC with HMC remaining share in mind.

Masao Yoshida, the former chief of the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant who stayed at his post to try to tame the three runaway reactors after the 2011 quake and tsunami, died Tuesday of esophagus cancer. He was 58.

On March 11, 2011, when the towering waves swamped the cooling systems and sparked the meltdowns that released plumes of radiation.

Yoshida led the subsequent effort to get the crippled complex under control as workers battled frequent aftershocks.

Govt contingency plans revealed after the event showed how scientists feared a chain reaction if Fukushima spiralled out of control, a scenario that could have seen other nuclear plants engulfed and would have meant evacuating Tokyo.

His selfless work is contrasted in the public mind with the attitude of his employers at Tokyo Electric Power Co., who seemed willing to abandon the complex and are popularly believed to have shirked their responsibility.

“He died of esophagus cancer at 11:32 a.m. today at a Tokyo hospital,” Yoshida left the plant soon after hospitalized in late November 2011.

Tepco has said his cancer was unlikely related to radiation exposure.

Today...how I differentiate - A Reminiscences of a stock. Vard is worth 1.22 by Purchaser.

Between the price new boss purchased and now...Vard Holdings  Last Done @0.90c  Volume-3,244,000mil shr changed hands  -0.0050c.

Give it a thought.

Having mentioned, do not load too much on natural food herb.

I  am a good example. I went Q-ing 45 minutes  for my flavour " lormee" n added plenty of cut chill, fresh chop garlic and more vinegar, ate it shiok shiok, tat nite my body heating up and got to drink plenty of water.

Thk for omega3, thot they do hav it in fish...?. right

I do regularly eat the fresh type for Ginger (esp freshly chop, with chicken rice), for Garlic always goes with cook Vege.  I oso  took vineger cook with meat (to taste better)

During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that was fine (they offered to call paramedics). she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, she went about enjoying herself.

Her husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 pm, she  passed away.)  She suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps would be with us today.
Some don't die. they end up in a helpless, hopeless condition. The sense to remember the '3' steps, STR . Read and Learn!
S * Ask the individual to smile
T * Ask the person to TALK and  speak a simple sentence(Coherently) (i.e. It is ok with U)
R * Ask him or her to  raise both arms

Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

Hahaaa! Once our brain decrease efficiency....then habis lah...we can not have a sharp mind to trade...
