Glad to tell you I have brought my average cost KXD to Sgd. 0.09 as today and I 'll continue progressively money cost averaging it to Sgd. 0.03. I estimate around 38,000 lots, say average buying price set to be Sgd. 0.05 so I must be ready with Sgd. 1,9 millions. Well I plan and try to manage it though it is a little bit hard, but it is challenging and worth a try to gain from KXD! Ha. ha.. ha...

From the looks of the volume , today those shorties get burnt if they sell at 14c to 15c.

Cause some guys are pushing this counter up on its buyout prospects.. haha

it depends on your overall portfolio allocation, cash at hands, timeframe, target, etc,,,,,,, so long as  you are  comfortable    with yourself...why not ? remember these 2 rules :

R1: how much you are willing and prepare to lose...

R2: anything can happen, good or bad, win or lose.

It is about half price from my previous accumulating price three years ago. I think it is also about the right time to reaccumulate again to do money cost averaging at price Sgd. 0.075 or 0.07 perhaps! I am vested now

This is a good company but unlike other property counters, it's price is pretty dead for a long time, is it because the CEO controlling the shares, but Fragrance is also a very family oriented company.

May be the stamford is very reserved personality, take shareholders money as his money and keep expanding his big dream biz and not active.

Fragrance is different, more active in expanding and giving and stiring it's shares.

What a different in these 2 bosses..........sigh!!!
