I 'll start buying at Sgd. 0.055 again for money cost averaging, perhaps it 'll bottom out hopefully. Now I am having huge paper losses on some of my holding!

A few weeks ago, it was reported and the firm gave a positive outlook on the full year results, but it looks like all the figures are down.
So all are selling. So go and sell now. I sold today @ .10 cents. |

There you are, as I said long before I prefer China Sky to Liheng. Now China Sky share price should go 30% higher than Liheng in the medium term!

Let us exaggerate the scenario to visualize better the situation: 1 lot transaction (the lowest possible trading volume), and > 20,000 lots (the highest possible trading volume) both transacted in one day. Just think deeply, which one is prone to have more in vulume as well as value term to any sort of manipulation? What is your further comment please!

Mr Liu has expressed his exhaustion in looking for a suitable new business for the Group, and therefore has decided to hand over the reins to a new management team which has the requisite knowledge and expertise to take the Group forward.

In the Company’s announcement on 16 August 2010, it had reported that Mr Liu would guide and work together with Mr Robby Asianto (“Mr Asianto”) (the newly appointed CEO) in his capacity as Non-Executive Chairman, to ensure a smooth transition of duties, and in the best interest of the Group. Has this transition been satisfactorily completed?
Company’s response
As the Group has ceased all business activities since the first quarter ended 31March 2010, a short transition period was adequate, and the transition has been substantially completed. Mr Liu is currently assisting to tidy up the present set up,including winding up and de-registering the Company’s subsidiary in China, Shenzhen KXD Multimedia Co., Ltd., so that the new Board and management team could start with a clean state. |
