FYI: China Milk IPO news extract
Revenue 2005 : 243 million(RMB)
Net Profit 2005 : 215 million (RMB)
Current Asset 2005: 564 million (RMB)
Current Liability 2005: 14 million (RMB)
PE: 19 based on 2005 earnings and 738,000,000 shares.
Note: Currency conversion for RMB to Sing is 5:1
China Mengniu:
Revenue 2005 (forecast) : 10,512 million(RMB)
Net Profit 2005 (forecast) : 452 million (RMB)
PE: 15.8 based on 2005 results and at a price of hk$4.925
China milk, based in Heilongjiang Province, produces pedigree bull semen & dairy cow embryos which sold livestock to bureaus and govt entities for artificial insemination embryo transplants respectively, as well as raw milk which is sold to dairy product mfg.
Order book: Indicative orders amounted to 101.5mil RMB, expected till 2006.
Reason: 1) Increase production capacity of raw milk from 28,000 tons to 48,000 tons per annum w/additional number of about 3,000 dairy cows. 2) Production of pedigree bull semen & pedigree dairy cow embryos to increase from about 2,5mil straws & 7,500 pcs per/yr to about 4mil straws & 9,600 pcs/yr in or about FY2007.
China Mengniu Dairy, is ranks as the top liquid milk producer in China by sales volume & operated more than 10 production bases with an total annual production capacity of 2mil tons and controls about 20% of the liquid milk, excluding yogart and milk beverages. it?s trading at a PE of about 15.8x.
Why China Milk has traded it PE ratio to 19X ($1.13cts), co?s it produce bull semens & embroys. Can investors still go in at $1.13cts, A hint from strong supporter coming from value partner at about $1.06cts Any uptrend on share px will need strong growth and production, may seem high now. However, it currently has no bank borrowings.

China milk and value partner.. Woww.... Monday can see px testing $1.18cts. Surely they know some good value in C.milk value and it actually did not do a bull run yet, anf value stock jus like Fish.Cheong....

China milk px can see a break out to $1.18 B4 going further north, just like in day one, since Value Partner is now a major player. I think they must have known is a good time to enter B4 it actually do a v good run up. Philips securities recommendation px of $1.21cts, any fish in d making, while C.Dairy look abit more expensive now, a few hundred % profit liao, for some it's still in cloud nine, the more the merrier , just hope greed don't get suck into oneself.

Hi Gallen, FYI: CNersave, Value Cap Asset Mgt is in well B4 18cts(old target) and now is testing 195cts, % from 5.04% down to 4.92%(C SGX info). 20cts harder to crack.

90cts??. Hv to wait.. not today, not tmr, 90cts is ok to dream and U maybe rite memm..... Hv to sell out lousy toilet paper 1st (Ex-stock low grade paper on cheap offer) B4 d good grade paper arrival (correct!!), gd paper is oso more expensive to buy, my dream is $0__O$ and is worth watching (._.)B4 U know it, all low grade papers on offer is gone liao.

FabChem IPO over liao at 32cts, next tot of it, going to open up from 50cts-56cts, any thing more, it's shortis day. jus look at China milk(62cts to 975cts on opening day, then all d way down) and SunEast (26cts to 56cts on opening day, then down to 405cts)any way this two stocks got it own holding power, unlike Fabchem, good for stag and 1more thing about China Dairy, don't say i neber hint to U hoh... hv some profit,take some & give some hoh..

Milk upside is still there, down side, ??? almost none, hv not make it run yet, shown strong support at $1.08-$1.13cts, $1.00 support is over liao, refering to China Dairy to it run up with it PE ratio now going to test 30X, isit abit on d high side??? jus be cos of F&N venture. Humm..

Jus wodering who those big boys buying 48cts, then down to 40cts and now 43cts. (strong support here).Ithink they got some vision for CP, Paper business, a strong & good demand in China and owner is left with 24% (SGX news)to hang on,. Humm... if left in good hand, the eventual new winner may up it stake and cross 48cts. What next , i leave it to ur imagination. I think seller got short term view (will regret memm..)for selling out it own b..too fast.

$1.22cts for milk, i'm more then willing to get ready to Q up and sell my vested stock, may see some strong resisent at this px B4 ppl and big boys decide when to move again and may buy in at $1.08, strong support at this px.

Philip Securities oredi recommended milk target px of $1.21cts, what next, humm... those believe in it congrat... again, happy liao, may c new px coming... have patient and U can be handsomely rewarded, more chicken lice & tim sum on d way, my own personnal opinion oni hoh.. this stock is worth it's gold, i mean to hold $O_O$

Today big boys decided it X to move milk to $1.12cts, tested new high of $1.13cts, cantonese said yeowyeow sum, tmr may want to said yatyat Fatt, don't know isit milk going for index listing or some thing to do with cover warrant or both !!!, anyway something brewing???. I may know something about warrant, but what is cover huh?? isit to cover old old milk px of $0.62cts, then recover again to new px of $1.12cts

A matter of when, d big boys hv decided. Milk $1.12cts, up +12cts, tested $1.13cts (in cantonese dialect, it mean yeow yeow Sum)wich mean it got to get thing moving. Tmr may read like this $yat.yatFatt cts. Still vested here, tompang along abit.
