Risk is what you all think, but Reward is what I think! That is made the big difference! Losser and Winner respectively, am I right?

Maybe Humulas is looking  forward for  delayed gratification i.e. > 10yrs. Too long.

Not for small timers like most of here.  And most of her picks are super risky, it's beyond my understanding.

Hint: There should be another counter follow suit within this year!

GuavaXF30      ( Date: 09-Jun-2011 09:02) Posted:

Oh Oh.

Placement of 3% total shares at 0.17. That is the real reason why counter bounced up from low.

Most likely management buying up to secure the placee takes up the placement otherwise will look really stupid to buy at 0.17 when shares were at 0.13.

No takeover. Does not look at all good. Placement to secure cash. Probably due to losses as well as cash flow crisis. Beware.

alexchia01      ( Date: 08-Jun-2011 21:12) Posted:

It may not be a bad news.

There was a takeover rumor last Friday, which cause the price to surge back up.

If this is true and announce during this halt, Artivision price would sky rocket.

Believe what you believe.  The china S chips are suckers after the Lehman. Since he was famous since 2007 and survived till now, he must have his way whether siao or not.

Wonder how much he understand China chinese in general. Perhaps he made tonnes of money from S chips and he glorious china people.

I dont' see I learn anything from him. Calling but no base or more details..... let him play all the stocks he fancy.

Don't know when the world will boycott these kind of scandals.

Understand that the bank accounts were not allowed to be checked by those international accounting firm bcs the bank itself is involved. When will this be changed.

this years out of the sudden,  a few s chips has reported making money after so many years.........wary too

Yes, most of the times, very simple basic common sense might be the most useful for our right judement/decision making tool!

TradeChancellor      ( Date: 09-Jun-2011 06:47) Posted:

this is not full-proof, but i deduce that if a company can give about ~3% dividend yield or a significant amount of profits as dividends, then there is a greater likelihood that the company does have cash.... i remebered that before china hongxing was suspended, people were questioning why they didnt give out dividends if they were cash rich? the proof is in the pudding, if the company does regularly give dividends (every year), it is likely to be more reliable than one who does not even give out a single cent... of course this is a rough and dirty method to gauge a company reliability....
