This stk ah...interesting.
Morning, it will surge. Yesterday shoots to 123. Yesterday, 240pm onwards starts to see some recovery towards it's high.
Today's morning, it surge to 124. Down for the remaining time till 240pm n again see attempt to push up px. Remaining to b seen if it'll close near 124. |

For those not so rich to buy shop houses(Not to mention the risk of capital loss) This counter offers at least 5.5% return which is better than the CPF interest rate of 2.5 - 4% , with potential of capital gain!

99.99% will go through.
This Special dividend (SD) is different from the year end special dividend.
SPH financial year ended at 31st Aug & the Com announce full year results on 12 Oct. Since 1998 the Com has been distributing SD at the end of the financial year. Last 2 years final dividend + SD was 17 cents.
So............ this year final dividend + SD might be much higher than the previous years since this time round only declared 18 cents. ie still have buffer of 48 cents (66-18)

The cash proceeds translate into $0.66 per SPH share from the reit listing.SPH is giving only $0.18/share as special dividend (cash) to shareholders.
This special dividend is conditional upon the completion of the offering.In the event it is not completed,the proposed transfer will not take place and the special dividend will not be payable either.Payment date of SD if any is subject to Director's discretion.The last dividend payout was in Dec month.
