Hopefully, do your home work 1st brfore plunging into another stocks, my personnal opinion stock like CEnersave (China enersave) is a stock worth considering giving it waste to energy a lift in China relentless effort to recycle it waste, can keep for 6-12 months and can see it px moving forward due to it forward looking mgnt style and business model to becoming a major power provider in China and in S.E.Asia. Other stock worthty is China paper, water recycle stocks, consumers life style like advance holding, THBEV and so on.....long term one bearing in mind it is still your CPF money that is stuck. It high px goes up to 0.135cents in good times year 2003, this year it hit a high of 0.115cents and don't have much volume to look forward, likely U got to wait for a few years unless Coy have new owner or add new value added product to it stables giving more live to it awareness, look at it and compare with other stock. U have to learn to cut certain amount of lose and put into another to do your recovery plan in action., over the past year Nippercraft is a laggard stock lacking it punch to move forward, anyway px if it reach double digit, it time to let go. |

A wall st rally that wasn't, it up 100 points then down, pull down by sluggish unemployment and wages rises, a concern on slowing growth and waitin a possible Fed pause on interest rate hike. DOW will be depending on just one man and he none other then Mr Ben Bernanke, hope he will be fining his speech to rally the sceptical and those uncentainty to give more certainty a better lookout for +ve DOW. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

An attempt by big boys to push it share px up is due to it good result announcement of a 30% profit as see fit at this moment, however it seem the px has been sort of stag, a possible option is waiting for uncertanty to settle down it option by Venture to buy at a consideration px of $1.25 cents hich is subject to board approval, a px which deem to be a bit on the high side while awaiting for more buyers to buy and take over from Venture offer price and w/o much offer from others except Venture and that is why it attemp and stag and stay at it current px. CEnersave the coy is in into energy Industies and is desirous of becoming a major energy provider in China and suothEast asia region. 1) It build it own plant, own & operated it 1st Biomass plants in Huizhou WTE project and is expected to commence commercial operations during this 2nd half FY2006. 2) The group is now embarking on (2nd & 3rd) construction of Neijiang & Dujiangyan projects are expected to commence for FY2006. 3) CEnersave. The group has entered into placement agreement with Kim Eng Securities P/. It shares placement amounting to net estimated to $64 million with $55.51million (US$35mil) to satisfy the cash potion consideration payment to acquisti of 51% equity in Yima it 4th Biomass power plants, balance net proceeds will be used for working capital. 4) The group "CEnersave" acquisition of Amada Industries AMIGOS has also secured new order of approximately S11.4 million for heat treatments & installation works in Vietnam with order book value stood at approximately #39.8 million and AMIgos is also currently in the midst of negotiating & securing several new contracts. It group Amada grp holding (CEnersave subsidairy) is to undertake the consideration net profit of Amada Industries P/L and it subsidairy "AMIGOS" for financial year ending 31 Dec 2006 shall estimated not be less than US$4.9 million. 5) In view of flavourable and positive development of it underlying business. The group has condition call option to execise within 12 months from 18 April 2006 for additional 28% equity stake in Amada Industries pte ltd. It own 23% equity stake and may execise it call option within 6 months bringing it equity stake to 51%. Please Note: DBS Vickers Research is reviewing, so more good news will be coming out soon on the prospective issue on CEnersave and it subsidairy companies. |

Look like 19 cts got to wait a little longer liao, a good time to enter to average down if volume is still there which i believe is about this time, but do not commit much of your $$$ and if price can reach beyond 15cts, good time to either take ur profit or cut it lost. My personnal opinion only |

A big attempt by very big boy to push it shares, very brave with alot of money involved (oni lost some commission $$$), it look so artifical w/o more big boys to support and too little players (no volume-lack in depth), i mean smaller (retailer) players is oso not around to give a helping hand. it closed off unchanged at $1.21 again.
