Board of Directors (view here-repost) MR STEVEN JAY GREEN  US Ambassador to S'pore from Nov 97 to Mar 2001. Mr Green spearheaded a number of strategic programmes that greatly enhanced US-S'pore relations in economic development, intellectual property, immigration and national security. Currently a Special Advisor to the S'pore Govt, and is also a Dir of TEC Worldwide, Inc., Knowledge Universe Learning Centers, Cardean Learning Group, Greenstreet Capital Management, Inc. and Long Haul Holding Corp. Mr Green is the founder of merchant bank Greenstreet Partners, and the founding partner of a real estate investment company with real estate holdings throughout the United States. Mr Green has had 25 years of experience as an international industrialist leading major corporate restructurings and expansions in a host of manufacturing, housing, consumer products, retail and real estate enterprises. He served as Chairman and CEO of Samsonite Corporation from 1988 to 1996 where he oversaw the recapitalisation and subsequent turnaround of the company to a highly profitable business. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr Green is also active in national civic affairs. He serves as a contributing trustee for a number of community and national charities, including the Children?s Health Fund and the University of Miami Advisory Board. He is also the Chairman of the Green Family Foundation. TOP DR LEE SUAN YEW  MBBS from Cambridge University, Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, Glasgow. Dr Lee is a Director of Haw Par Corporation Ltd, and was previously a Director of the Singapore General Hospital, Hotel Properties Ltd and Premier Healthcare Services International, and was also a Member of the Singapore Government?s Review Sub-Committee on Specialists. He was past President of the Singapore Medical Council. Much of the boys i believe has taken profit just after announcment, I actually can not do any home work for any body, lossing money or alot of it is what most of them will go through, that including me too, that life is very personnal & decision made at that points in time. How ever u can do so by keeping it on a smaller scale that u can be comfort within, lossing some and win some, bottom line is have some kopi $$$. It caused a ripple effect ppl is scare off to invest at this points in times. Tot vol has increase, but px has come down, investment in India though is a good thing, it will take to spend more $$$ 1st and over long term, anything can happen, so selling the idea to prop up the px in near term don really fix in with investment short term ideally. Better ask those fund mgr which of their better stocks to believe in, i am sure there are many better stocks around for then to park their money. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
