What's the average would be just safe?, in any ipo there's always some element of risk, (nothing is safe) the thing ask isit risky to justify it worth to take this risk to vest in Epure ?.

My own opinion is a sure Yes (in the eye of world bank too) unless world bank is wrong to invest in....

Option is always open, those choose not to believe, have d full rite not to do so and those who choose to believe can fully go fot it.

Review (my personal view and opinion only)

Why so many stocks out there & this potential water stock ?

1) OLD HAND- World Bank has for long, long time sat sight on this potential stock and will come a long way

2) Banks, Venture capital companies (Institutes) and private equity has the experience, knowledge and capacities to evaluate any start-up companies. In this case, EPURE INT?L.

3) Why 12x is IPO set price, to jump-start it water recycle business and it water / economic of scale development in larger countries like China & In Middle East.

4) To best Match is listing IPO (12x) to it best available listed stock like Hyflux & Sinomem - with much potential to grow it growth over short, mid and long term.

Point to notes : so I with a bit of vision & Foresight, a chance now to tompang or piggy back on World Bank and also his kakis (friends) It vision for EPURE INT?L isit worthy to watch & Subscribe??.

For day traders. It only make sense (for them) to sell their entitlement at current price min 0.1675 to raise cash. As a ref: More than half the vol done on (27 Sept) d other day(33,000,000 ) at 20c and as weaker holders let go, stronger one take over at $0.185cts to $0.19 cts.

I agree with Tradesman. Tradesman also think so. Cenersave should have a strong support at 0.18 which was the prev resistance.

One classic eg how $$$ is been liquidated, weak holders let go their px w/o causing much down side movement in prices, Cnersave is now in better financial position and in safer hands, Big boys and/or bigger boys is watching.
Now ABN AMRO own a little less share, down from 5.3781 % To 4.724 % or 46,400,000 to 45,700,000. Sort of good news.

So do i need to do all the shorting for d big boys and work for them ??. I am abit partly lucky to say that i do investing under their wing for a long long time liao, so they alloted me a few lot each wheather in good time or bad time and at time my few lots is in, going along with them.

All now is, i am waiting for world bank and his kakis to come on board, pending the over subscription rate, the numbers of d balloting ratio, 98.5 mil placement shares is all but easyly over subscribe...and world bank is oso a big supporter of Hyflux. I am taking those high lighted in blue as a guide, co's they r the leading water treatment companies manageing their own mkt cap.

I am as patience as what it can come.. i am depending on DBSV's research to come out with it review, which has been assign to them by SGX official assigner, in view of it 1st huizhou plant, the so successful placement 406m shares to aquire 51% Yima, plus option to aquire Amigos Vietnam to 51% within 6-12mths. All this plus 2 more on the pipe line planning stage, plus plus electricity charges to govt & user. maybe if U have miss following this forum early, d trading price range from about 13/13 half to as much as 17/17 half cents.

FYI: This is not an inducement to trade. for infomation to share with those who is interest.

As shouting for big boys, they don need to me to and don depend on me. i am depended on them for some kopi $$$, oni tompang a little. Ohh...i more thing maybe if U like ipo stock. I m oso vested in Epure.

Epure Int'l ipo at 12x, alot of kopi money will be coming, let see, take Synear ipo at $0.54, opening $0.84 and now traded at $0.98, down 2cts sa-more (as of Fri 29 Sept-closed off at $1.03 +5cents on news of issue on warrant). take ChinaPdye ipo at $0.27, opening $0.40 and now traded at $0.315cts. (as of Fri-px unchanged)

AS of Friday (29-09-2006) closed. A quick (updated) comparsion of Pe ratio.

Hyflux 24.5x (+0.5 to 25x),

Asia-Envr 14.8x (-0.5 to 14.3x),

Bio-Treat 16.7 (-0.5 to 16.2x),

Asia-water 12.2x (-1.3 to 10.9x),

Sinomem 14.5x (+1.3 to 15.8x),

Dayen 15.9x (+0.3 to 16.2x) last but not the least

Uni envtech 15x (+0.5 to 15.5x) &

Epure Int'l 12x, patience...

Grey mkt on offer, no taker so far lehh...Mkt needs new stock to punt. Sino-Env was last kid to run-up past $1 B4 Synear. now it could be Epure turn. A point to comfirmed for those to note, who are the institutional buyers after IPO allotment is close and 10% goes to (IFC) world bank and don know oso yet how many bank fren, i mean world bank kakis around mah...?, the more the merry, Hoot Tua Tua liao.

A quick comparsion of Pe ratio. Hyflux 24.5x, Asia-Envr 14.8x, Bio-Treat 16.7, asia-water 12.2x, sinomem 14.5x, Dayen 15.9 last but not the least Uni envtech 15x & Epure Int'l 12x, patience...
