At IPO price of $0.33, PE of 5.66, EPS is 5.83cents. At current price of 0.56, PE~9.60. Comparing Sin Ghee Huat with its peers: Annaik: Current price of $0.36; EPS of 1.19cents; PE~21.05 BRC: Current price of $0.22; EPS of 0.77cents; PE~28.32 HG Metal: Current price of $0.46; EPS of 4.88cents; PE~9.41 HupSteel: Current price of $0.61; EPS of 2.89cents; PE~21.05 It seems that the industry average PE is 20x. Accordingly, SGH is undervalued using PE. At PE~20, target price for SinGheeHuat is $1.16. It also appears that HG Metal is undervalued. Prospect-wise, HG Metals deals with end customers in the construction, engineering and shipping industries whereas SGH is in the oil and gas and petrochemical, marine, construction & food processing industries. Industry-wise, SGH seems a much better company to invest for the next 5years due to both the oil and gas and petrochemical, marine and construction boom. What is your opinion? HG Metal or SGH is better? If I enter now at the price of $0.56, there?s an upside of 107%. Even with a target price of $1.16 and using Ben Graham/Warren Buffet?s safety of margin say at 2/3, TP is $0.77, giving me an upside of 37.5%, 20cents safety stock profit. What do you think? What are your opinions/comments from the experienced and senior members? Thanks! |

Rated based on it low 5.6 times PE ratio. Over subscribed by 20.35x with more then 17,000 (thousand) application money value at approximately $382.13 million, plus it attractiveness of steel propriotries products. This share will open it trading on heavy buying and selling is likely to hit between 8 to 10x it PE ratio or from about 45 cents plus, plus. Just my guess oni hohh..... Good luck and wishes all buying in d open mkt make ton of money too. |
