x 0 		Milk closed at $1.44c, down -6 cents after rose to JP morgan tp price of $1.52c on lower volume of 3,987,000 mil shares traded. UOBKH tp px of $2.17c will have to take a longer time liao (12mths)??. Wondering who will chase px to $1.52c, then $1.68c, then $1.88c then $2/- liao, as usual those boys know or knew run 1st, leaving those poor boys poorer. Just sharing my tot, no unintention or intention to encourage ppl to trade (buy/sell or hold). Ur $$$. Ur decision.

Someone out there might just do that, with a view opening price open high, high, then short it down isit?. SIN Mkt News: Impending Energy Play (Wed Nov 15 2006)

Coming IPO Play...China Energy & it effect on Ouhua Energy 

China Energy is preparing for listing in S'pore. The coy is the largest DME producer in China. China Energy produces DME & Methanol.

DME is used as an aerosol propellant and as an economical blend stock for LPG. DME is blended with LPG by LPG distributors to reduce their average costs, and such fuel blend is then sold to end-consumers for household and industrial uses.

Ouhua as tier one, third largest energy player in China. is 3rd largest importer and distributor of LPG by quantity. It imports raw materials onsite such as butane & propane into terminals port and blends them into LPG. It then distribute to it major & local customers' needs . The stock rose +3.5c to $0.515 cents after touching a low of 46c. Technically, the stock will test the resistance level at $0.53 followed by $0.56. A impending successful listing by China Energy will see Ouhua testing at higher resistent level. hemm...Let see

Yahh.., either way, is those big boys placement prices and oso another big boy collection times at an average prices of about $0.165c, conversion prices for none interesting earning for Value Capital.

S$30,000,000 (IN SIX EQUAL TRANCHES) OF UNSECURED NON-INTEREST BEARING CONVERTIBLE NOTES DUE 2011 OF A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF S$5,000,000 PER TRANCHE (the "NOTES").


Value Capital has exercised $950,000 to convert d following sub-tranches of tranche 5 notes at floating conversion price of $0.1521 per share (rate is base on between 18-22 Sept 2006 prices). This leave an outstanding balance amount $50,000 in respect of fifth sun-tranche. Todate the total loan to converted in the capital of company (Enersave) is S24,950,000.


To date the total concevted in the capital of company is $25,950,000 First Sub-tranches of tranche 6 notes of S$1,000,000 each. Here an indication they R still putting $$$ where they has confidence in it.

In deed, 50 cts is been the ice breaker, tested $0.515cts, (at 16:06 hrs, 1,000,000 mil share been bot up at 51cts). A sign of big boys support. Volume traded, 33,475,000 mil shares is done between 50c to 51c, total volume closed of at 47,489,000 mil shares, coming in 2nd most active sgx traded stocks for today. Hemm ..Let see tomorro how !!!.
