My TA chart is posted to share n exchange pointers with those TA practitioner whom believes in TA. If u are a TA detractor, plse just ignore n refrain from peeping at my chart posting n start
making unconstructive comments and plse do not be so childish or lunatic as to abuse the
rating system by rating it as "bad post", accumulating for yourself and your
next generation, "bad" karma for your "bad" deeds.
If u think it is a bad post, then be constructive and kindly post your TA for sharing.

Hi dionnazhao,
Many thanks for your compliments.
Frankly, I m here not to gain popularity, wat matters to me is "make money" to give my family better life.
As I always said, my chart posting is purely in the hope of exchanging pointers with fellow experienced TA practitioner, hopefully, someone can alert me to any "blind spots" tat I missed n my holistic mission to help newbies, not to repeat my horrendous gullibilty n losses just to wisen up later to realise the importance of TA and recoup all those losses.

Congrats especially to those who followed my chart analysis and dared to buy particularly last Fri when it presents one of the best opportunity when it bounced off the amazingly strong magical 25ema which had been providing tat magical support since 8/6/09.
The report is not only fantastic, but "MIDASTIC", fabulous, marvelous.

The report is fantastic -
MIDAS POSTS 10.1% GROWTH IN NET PROFIT TO S$9.4 MILLION IN 2Q2009 - Revenue for Aluminium Alloy Division grew 17.9% to S$36.0 million - Overall gross profit margin improved from 31.8% in 2Q2008 to 41.3% in 2Q2009 - Declares second interim cash dividend of 0.25 Singapore cents per ordinary share
Well expected the results to be rosy. Infrastructure is plays important part in a country economy. Without good infrastructure the flow of economy will be affected. Therefore you will see countries investing billions of dollar to improve their country infrastructure.
For those who Dare and Enter @0.87 today. GOOD Luck :) I think theres a lot of catch up for this stock next week. Maybe $1.00+ I have a very strong feeling this stock will rock over $1.00 Next week.
CONGRATS for those who ENTER :)

I agree with richtan on that. however never put all eggs in one basket referring to: By shares not in the same category. You think u put your money in multiple construction compnay but remember your when construction is doing well all construction will up. When it falls it falls together. So You have to make sure you put money on different sector. However timing is important as well. Anyway PM me i will tips you more :)

As I said, spread to at least minimum 2 counters, ideally 3. More than 3 too "fen sen", less than 2, too risky. |

As I said, due to my time constraint, I may or may not post my chart analysis, also I m a private trader, not oblige nor licensed to make any buy or sell call, u must learn TA, for your own good.
The reason I post my chart analysis is more to exchange pointers with fellow TA prctitioner, hopefully someoe can alert me to any "blind-spots" tat I failed to noticed, not a call to buy or sell.

In any case, div is last in my mind when trading, if by chance it declares while I m holding it, it is just a bonus to me.
I will even exit if I spot later any sell sign, even b4 ex-div.
My main objective in trading is capital gain, not solely for all this tit-bits, sweeteners to me tats all.

My advice is "never put all your eggs in one basket", u should at least spread to minimum 2 stocks (must be with good FA n time entry n exit with TA" but imo, not more than 3 stocks, so tat u can put your full attention to it, monitor tightly and in event anything goes wrong, u wont kerang kabok, panic with so many counters to exit.

Just look at any stock charts and u will notice tat stocks dun go up in one straight line, bound to have profit-taking,
corrections and consolidation.
To succeed in trading, I always said:
"Learn to master TA n u are the master of your own trades."
"Learn how to fish n u can fend for yourself forever, relying on tothers n forever u r dependent on others n at their mercy"
"There is no easy way n short-cut to success in life, including trading, all are own hardwork" I had created a thread dedicated to newbies: "Learning TA" under "General", "Trading Techniques", where u can learn TA for free,
of course u can also buy TA books, I had recommended a few, click on my nick to search for it n also read my past advices n my
3 golden mantras.

This should be good news for Ausgroup:
Asian Stocks Gain on Higher Metal Prices; Leighton Advances
By Jonathan Burgos and Satoshi Kawano
Aug. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Asian stocks rose, putting the MSCI Asia Pacific Index on course for its highest level in 10 months, after increased metal prices boosted commodities companies.
BHP Billiton Ltd., the world’s biggest mining company, rose 1.6 percent. Mitsubishi Corp., a Japanese trading company that gets more than a third of its sales from resources, climbed 3.4 percent. Leighton Holdings Ltd., Australia’s biggest construction company, advanced 8 percent after forecasting higher earnings this fiscal year.
“Resilience in the commodity market will likely prompt investors to snap up Japanese trading houses, while the weaker dollar will drive down exporters,” said Juichi Wako, a senior strategist at Tokyo-based Nomura Holdings Inc.
The MSCI Asia Pacific Index rose 0.8 percent to 114.23 as of 9:47 a.m. in Tokyo, on course for its highest close since Sept. 25. The gauge has gained 62 percent from the lowest in more than five years on March 9, as improved economic statistics and corporate earnings fanned optimism the global economy is recovering.
Japan’s Nikkei 225 Stock Average added 1.1 percent to 10,628.28. Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 Index climbed 1.5 percent, while New Zealand’s NZX 50 Index added 0.6 percent. South Korea’s Kospi Index advanced 1.7 percent.
Stocks on the MSCI gauge are valued at an average 24.8 times estimated profit, compared with 17 times for the MSCI World Index. About 41 percent of the companies on the Asian measure that have reported quarterly earnings since early July have beaten estimates, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
A gauge of six metals in London climbed 3.6 percent yesterday to the highest level since Sept. 30. Copper rose 3.2 percent in New York.
Futures on the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index added 0.1 percent. The gauge climbed 0.7 percent in New York yesterday as better-than-estimated earnings from Wal-Mart Stores Inc. overshadowed an unexpected decline in retail sales. Banking shares gained after investor John Paulson’s hedge fund bought stakes in banks, sending the KBW Bank Index 3.1 percent higher, the most this week.
The S&P 500 earlier dropped as much as 0.5 percent following government reports on retail sales and initial jobless claims that were worse than economists had estimated.

This is my "open call" to admin to remove the "bad post" rating for the betterment of the forum as it does not add value and substance to the forum but instead subject to abuse.
Anyone who disagree should rightfully post a reply to make their views known instead of being a coward back-stabbing behind the screen.
I m not a single bit bothered by it, but my main concern is, it might mislead newbies, thinking it is a bad post.
edskh78 ( Date: 14-Aug-2009 12:39) Posted:
Actually I think you should just ignore those bad ratings. I am not familiar with TA but I do look at your chart. People who know stocks will not care about the bad ratings others give you. Better than "zhuan niu jiao jian".
As long as you ignore them long enough, they will go away because they realise it is no fun. Like you said, the bad ratings does not affect your pocket nor integrity. So just focus on sharing your thoughts and absorbing others's thoughts. |

Do u think tat at this price, it is dirt cheap compared to its high of 2.32 in June 2007,
given its streams of awarded contracts n more to come with China's huge stimulas spending on infrastructure.
