The Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA), Japan's nuclear watchdog, has raised doubts about Tepco's plan to construct underground walls to prevent the contaminated water at the Fukushima No.1 plant from reaching the Pacific Ocean. The plant is located about 210km north of Tokyo.

The reason is that water in observation wells has already risen to a level higher than the top of the proposed underground walls.

According to the influential Asahi Shimbun daily, if water levels continue to rise at the present speed, the radioactive water could rise to the surface in about three weeks.

Fukushima prefecture official, who hosts plant, said consumers need not be worried by latest reports.

" Nothing has changed. All produce remains safe to eat as it must clear radiation tests mandated by the government," said Mr Isao Otomo, in response to a query from The Straits Times.

A no-go zones within 20km of the strickening plant, note - travel within the prefecture is unrestricted.

Still, The Japanese media and citizens' groups have also blasted the utility's secrecy, while foreign experts recently took it to task for its lack of transparency over radioactive leaks.

Last month, the former head of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Mr Dale Klein, told a nuclear reform monitoring panel here. Tepco's chief executive that " you do not know what you are doing" .

Last week, Tepco also surprised the Japanese with the revelation that between 20 trillion and 40 trillion becquerels of tritium could have been washed out to sea from the crippled plant over a period of 26 months from June 2011 to July this year.

Tritium is a radioactive isotope of hydrogen and normally measured in becquerels. It is dissolved in water when released from a nuclear plant.

The 40 trillion figure cited by Tepco arises from calculations which assume that 400,000 litres of water are used every day to cool the reactors and that each litre of water contains 500,000 becquerels of tritium.

Tepco, however, pointed out that the maximum estimated outflow comes to about 20 trillion becquerels of tritium a year, which is close to the normally allowed level of 22 trillion becquerels for all six reactors at the plant before the March 2011 disaster.

The problem was not the amount of tritium leaked, but that it was leaked into the sea in an uncontrolled manner, a Tepco official was reported as saying.

I stated my personnal own experience with SPH Reit n with OUE H-Trust.

I got 1lot each. I sold off SPH for kopi money, while my other 1lot, OUE is temporary stuck, so will keep my OUE H-Trust for sometimes.

Joining in to bet (gambling) very easy n very fast. Getting out is an art, not knowing when. So bet small n take your time to bet, after this few days players may want to await for a lower price to enter, then there is no end or such things as a low price to enter. Low can be lower....there is one low supporting prices at seen on pre-opening@0.410c-0.415c. If this such price broke away, next stronger support will typically work 2-3 click down with much lower volume.

Feel like been left out as a pro-gamblers?, I don do shorting nor encourage so...Bet small n don loss over sleep. that can make U more happier win some n loss some is always on the table.

One will never know what hit them whether been an expert in shorting (kateks) or been longist, winning ton of monies in making right decision, so those who make the wrong decision, loss ton of monies.

Stk investing is mean to learn on how to invest in a proper way whereby your monies can earn better return, only when U are more sure n confident of yourself, then ONLY place bet on a smaller scale and built your own system (FA n TA) and your own way to engage players.

There are many rules, many classes and many more, much more info available in internet. There's no such thing as sure win, more to losses-YES, almost all info is...n most very likely gear toward own personnal interest, there's one rule and ONLY one - NO GREED.

Believe in yourself and built your own confident way, step by step.

U can't, Can ONLY based on typical players selling point, after each run up, by 2-3 click assuming if it hit again at 0.460c where by players lov to short again. Players who long with deep pocket can oso mean to pump up to hit 0.495c for it highest distribution (for those who bot it at it highest distribtion, players may hav to bot at the loss and hope can ONLY to buy back at the lowest when the dust is settle). those in green are typically pump and dump scenario. Do take note that there is players on married deal done at $0.490 cents, (do take notice, BBs can averaging down their TP) This few day (T+5) will see it trading may again test $0.460 cents. U have to administer more closely if it hit above n decide whether to sell, cut loss or hold.
Do note typically stk / shr will move down after those critical first several day of support when it price trading on a high note.
Hope I am wrong, as always many players had many opinionated view. So do your due diligence n homework.

For retail players, typically when trade prices start moving up fast. Usually will buy into it, so call chasing n hope to sell off at higher high...with price at higher high. It also attracted shortist n players distributing....so some retail players may got suck n stuck on the higher high side. Simply reason their margin % on profit is very, very small. Either left to hold or decide to resign to pay up and hope to sell off after awaiting for a long long time.

Case study on BBs, for eg - Credit Suisse n Mr Toh Soon Huat bot into...5% ++ , as big investors they have interest to see it launched it succeed to their TP (which is I believe beyond their TP, do note whatever TP they had in mind - BBs can always play along with whatever regardless of their TP inmind...in this case, market players will want to start of @0.460 cents.) Especially during it pre-opening prices. There after, BBs will pump, pump n distribute (cannot just buy n buy w/o selling off) vs shortist who sold n hope to buy back at lower prices.

After a typical run up (pump n dump), players either will usually start distribution n shortist start shorting. In the case study on MoneyMax. It pre-opening matched is on the high side of $0.460 cents and players will do so as accordingly (see potion high lighten in green).
End of the day typically players will not want to hold over the weekend their traded position. Thus many will take for less profiting n applying more on selling pressure (selling more than players buying).

Hope U can turn on your trade summary, to allow yourself, how well players is selling or buying into....if on a typical opening day, assuming there is many players buying into...then price movement will chion by several click (for Eg- 1-2 or even 3 click) or up 1 - 2 cents or even upto 10c - 20c.

Before players taking pot short by (shortist), once shortist smell blood and logest relax their pump n dump, they pound on it and trading price will fall several click on the downside, B4 BBs longest start picking up on the cheap and pump again.
