teeth53 thot about this IPO-ing - 7.7% yield. Happi for long term player's,  just leave it2the BBs. (at best STAG)

Nice pictures..agree as REX has to prove itself first but the mere fact its public offer 2.5mil oversubscribed 153times and institutional allotment 165mil and another 28mil overallotment still failed to satisfy demand-question of demand verse supply-if announcement of another successful exploration of oil..will shoot to the sky..by then buy too late..I am driving home that now just a premium of > 30cts over ipo of 50cts not too late..of course exercise your own cautio

It funny pple's said is $1/-, many will not believe it - right. then I do, co's I'm awaiting for good news, like oil well -  discovery of oil, plenty of it.

This animation said it all.

Dont be deceived  by ipo distribution ratio.Small float hence ratio is high.Am skeptical abt its unproven technology.Look at bio-sensors who claimed their stents are a breakthrough but now their share price is falling like a brick.Right now, ppls are  buying  on HOPE  without fundamental.

Taiwan nuclear accounts for 18.4% of electricity production, located close to the one at Shihmen - held up for years, and have been subject to mass protests on the streets of the Island. Scuffles broke out between legislators at a parliamentary debate on the plant this week.

Taiwan has three operational nuclear power plants n six reactors.

It have also had same problems over what to do with its nuclear waste for many years, which was dumped on a small island off its South-East coast, to the anger of its aboriginal inhabitants.

News of Taiwan nuclear leakage comes as 300 tonnes of  highly radioactive water continues to pour out from Fukushima Daiichi crippled nuclear plant and into the Pacific Ocean.

Taiwan nuclear power plant  may have been leaking radioactive water for  3 years, according to a report published by the govt's watchdog, adding to uncertainty over the fate of a new 4th nuclear power plant.

It  1st Nuclear Power Plant, located at Shihmen in a remote northern coastal location but not far from densely populated Taipei, has been leaking toxic water from storage pools of two reactors.

  Official of Taiwan Power Co. (Taipower), which operates the island's nuclear power plants, said the water did not come from the storage pools, but may have come from condensation or water used for cleaning up the floor. ?We have explained to the Control Yuan. They asked us to look into if other causes were involved,? said the official. He declined to be identified as the matter is sensitive.

With most recent successful listing of both SPH Reit n OUE H-Trust. Only SPH Reit gave a reasonable short term return, while OUE H-Trust, short term  performance is just short of expectation.

Soilbuild Grp Holdings, REIT is offering 586.5 mil units at a price range of $0.77-S$0.80 per unit, which translates to forecast dividend yields of 7.3-7.6% for 2013 and 7.5-7.8% for 2014.

Institutional tranche  - 499 mil units  & public offer -  87.5 mil units. There is an overallotment option of 56.3 mil units, or 9.6% of the total offer. There is no cornerstone tranche.

Bookbuilding will be conducted from July 31 to Aug 6  & listing targeted for Aug 16, according to IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.

Citigroup, DBS and OCBC are the joint global co-ordinators. Religare Capital and UOB are co-mgrs.

Re-fresh - While information is always distinctively late and trading always coming in fast and ferocious at the fore. Forming very own decision wisely is as difficult as finding a pin in the ocean. When oneself is in d picture, it can always as good as not been able to tell what is good, bad or ugly. it is always human, to error...the less prone mistake decision make, the better.

In others word - stay outside of the picture and can see more or less, the truth self of it.

teeth53 - just my personnal opinion, as there r as many others may have alot differentiating it as well.

(To each it own, hope oneself chose d right choice...Happy trading..Ya.)

This IPO got N.M. (it's No Meaning). Why dun they list some where else, not here lah...

where got pple's selling like that one, the more I read through, more "Bo Twee Pee" (Something not right lehh)

Expensive Neber nind then again came from the same flock that they bot over in 2007, and

now 2010, the same pple's is selling even more expensive then before in the name call IPO (on offer).

Beware dun get burnt by been naive, best dun touch. Leave this "hot potato" to d Angmo to hop this baby.
