I've come to the conclusion that what Samsung posts all the time are either news, reports, his assumptions, and a good mix of all the 3 above. Not to say that his efforts are useless, I see them as a disturbance/noise and all I can do is to bypass his spam on this thread.

September 18, Jiangyin Yangtze River Shipyard for the construction of the Northern Coal Group " Hua Jiang 2" bulk carrier ( ship  yard  sale ) delivery, and in the day to leave the shipyard dock, opened its maiden voyage.
" Hua Jiang 2" bulk carrier is Wanbei Coal Hua Jianghai transport companies in the Yangtze River shipyards five bulk carriers in the second ship, the remaining three will be delivered and put into operation next year. The series captain 189.99 m, width 32.26 m, depth 15.5 m, full load 49,500 tons, is Hua Jianghai transport currently has the largest tonnage ships.
It is reported that there are currently seven Hua Jianghai transport ship in operation with a total capacity of 25 tons, is expected next year interim total capacity of 500,000 tons.

Rickmers and Apollo Enter Joint Venture to Invest in Container Ships

Rickmers Group and funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC have entered into a joint venture to invest in container ships, initially focused on  secondary market vessels. The joint venture has the capacity to invest up to US$500 million, and investments are expected to be made over a period of several years.

The joint venture may also be expanded over time to include new build tonnage and other ship-related investments if the parties identify attractive projects in those areas and mutually agree to pursue them. Rickmers will provide a range of  services for the jointly acquired fleet of ships including technical and commercial ship management.

?This joint venture is a further milestone along the path we have embarked on to develop a number of new options for investing in and growing our businesses. Rickmers is excited about the prospects that this collaboration with a firm with  the resources and capabilities that Apollo brings to this venture,? explains Ronald D Widdows, CEO of Rickmers Group.

This  private banking sector , Yangzijiang is still waiting for Jiangsu Provincial Government to approval.

1.) china ppl will put the money in private bank, ( they put in china bank and big bank)

2.) If Provincial Government  approvaled.Yangzijiang to open the private bank it look very Good for Yangzijiang. for loan . bank to bank loan only 1% - 2% .

if private company to take loan from loan is 3% - 10 % depended on the risk of the projects.

3.Yangzijiang also can laon to other shipyards. ( and buy over the shiptard or oil dnillg company.

As China has loosened the regulations on private banking sector and relevant policies are about to be introduced, many private companies are planning to enter the sector. According to Jiangsu Provincial Government, it has received applications from six local private companies including Shagang Group and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding to set up their own banks. Yangzijiang Shipbuilding reported a net profit of RMB1.52bn in the first half of this year. [25/09/13]

First 10k TEU containership on track. Yangzijiang is
hosting a yard visit on 25 Sept in conjunction with the
launching ceremony of its first 10k TEU containership.
Launching is the most important stage of construction,
marking the birth of a new ship. All the blocks are mounted
and joined, and the vessel should be ready to " float" at this
stage. The on-track construction progress of Yangzijiang's
first large containership is a confidence booster.
Raising the bar. The first batch of seven 10k TEU
containership orders will likely yield better gross margins of
15-20% vs earlier expectation of low teens, in the light of
favourable steel cost and forex as well as smooth execution.
As such, we are lifting FY14F shipbuilding gross margins by
2ppts to 18%. We are also raising order win assumption for
FY14 to US$2.5bn (from US$2bn), on the back of active
shipbuilding enquiries and the sizeable US$2.87bn worth of
options that could be exercised in the coming quarters.
Taking these into account, our FY14F net profit is raised by
6.3% to Rmb2.2 bn. We have also introduced FY15 earnings
and have incorporated property income from FY15.
Maintain BUY SOTP-based TP raised to S$1.32. We
have changed our valuation methodology from price to
book, to SOTP, to better reflect valuation for the various
segments of shipbuilding, investment and property. While
some investors have concerns regarding Yangzijiang's
investment segment, it is a supplementary business for
Yangzijiang and its weighting should fall as the shipbuilding
