I felt fortunate i dun listen to you.. make 2 round already.

if everything want to compute like that.. i advice you put u money in the bank + buy insurance to cover it.. then very safe.

Example : Innopac

when innopac was trading around $0.20 / share, they make acquisitions of Magnus 's director (was it ?) shophouses in Sabah for about $ 2 - 3 mil . You know what Innopac did ? not by paying cash. but by issuing placement shares to the shopunits seller at about 200 mil shares x share price $0.01.

Funny isnt it ? market share price about $0.20, but they place out their shares valued it at $ 0.01 ? At such a huge discount to market price ? so assuming seller gets the 200 mil innopac shares and offload it in the market at $0.20 per share, he is getting about $ 40 mil (wow ! for 3 shop units in Sabah ? Seriously ?)

When i saw these, I told myself : dont touch Innopac and Magnus..... no matter what announcements they make, I will not touch these 2 counters ..... so acquire aussie mine, i dont care. (fact is, deal did not go thru)

and interestingly, all these penny stocks (speculating) mostly involved Malaysian-based companies ?

And what amazes me is this : people still DARE to buy innopac shares at $0.15.... when they value their own share at only $0.01 per share.

You seems to be very sure than anybody that this RTO will not come true. For me, I cannot be sure whether it will come thru or not, But what I know people who ignore your comments yesterday and today, already made a lot of money, may be a few rounds.

Yes, it seems to come down a bit now, but I believe smart traders would have jumped by now, waiting for another opportunity to enter. And some may foresee the potential, and still hold on.

As I see, yours is not CAUTIOUS REMINDER, but NEGATIVE COMMENTS, FRIGHTENING WORDS!

By the way, do you have any counters to recommend since you are so negative about this Albedo? Do share!

it wants to emulate Rowsley , but it does not match.

when the MOU lapses, you will think 0.039 to be very very high.

Px could drop to as low as 0.025.

Note: Usually it is the RTO BIGGER PARTY to make the offer announcement. In this case, it is the smaller party Albedo who makes the announcement of this RTO memorandum.

Maybe I am wrong. But i think i am right : )
