Sound and look familier isit......!!!

New Boss, New secretary and a new beginning as new BBs took over BJA, it has got to apply for delay of payment to old boss, old secretary and old hand who 1 2 get it over with ASAP, where $$$ in concern, it has got to be settle 1st and A/c need to be settle to reflect who is in charge, one of them is a vested institutional player. it also mean trading price will be within a tight range. When thing is settle, naturally price will move. It reminded me of it last EGM.  Just my tot.

 MISCELLANEOUS :: COMPLETION OF THE PLACEMENT OF 145,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES
(see sgx) shouls be sort of good news to all as finally all this un-finish thing is settle, bear in mind a matter of when BBs 1 2 further announce their futher committment to 2nd parts of their 1 of 2 story...coming 40ct ??.

Further to the announcements made on 6 November 2006, 18 May 2007 and 25 June 2007, the Board of Directors of Ban Joo & Company Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the placement (the "Placement") of 145,000,000 new ordinary shares (the "Placement Shares") in the capital of the Company was completed on 29 June 2007, pursuant to which the Placement Shares were allotted and issued to Mr Chan Ewe Teik and Mr Ko Beng Soo.

The Placement Shares will be listed and quoted on the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") with effect from 9:00am, 3 July 2007.

Following the issue of the Placement Shares, the total number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares of the Company has increased to 876,662,933 ordinary shares.

The approval in-principle of the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Placement or the Placement Shares.

Just for info..I have read throu... Cheng88 CNA forum on Penquin and is very infomative....so is my response to why Philip's CFD kakis 1 2 sell it down especially today. Maybe influenced by Sunday Times and from Mr Cai who has mentioned Penquin. 

Don really understand Why??. When S$30,000,000 million worth of share had been due-ly completed as of today...2 July 2007. (see below)

ISSUANCE OF REDEEMABLE ZERO COUPON CONVERTIBLE BONDS WITH AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF S$30,000,000, ISSUABLE IN THIRTY EQUAL TRANCHES OF A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF S$1,000,000 EACH (THE "BONDS") TO D.B. ZWIRN MAURITIUS TRADING LIMITED, EACH TRANCHE DUE ON THE DATE FALLING FIVE YEARS FROM THE ISSUE DATE OF SUCH TRANCHE


Description Pursuant to the Bond Subscription Agreement signed between Penguin Boat International Ltd (the "Company") and D. B. Zwirn Mauritius Trading Limited (the "Subscriber") on 15 August 2006, and pursuant to the approval granted by the Company's shareholders on 3 November 2006, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Subscriber has on 2 July 2007 subscribed for the Tranches No. 29 and 30 of redeemable zero coupon convertible bonds having an aggregate principal amount of S$2,000,000 under the terms of the Bond Subscription Agreement.

The Subscriber and its directors and substantial shareholders have no connection (including any business relationship) with the Company and its directors and substantial shareholders.

In accordance with Rule 825 of the Listing Manual, the Company confirms that the number of new shares arising from the conversion of the outstanding redeemable zero coupon convertible bonds subscribed for will not in aggregate exceed 50% of the Company's issued share capital.

1) Usually when those BBs 1 2 convert their coupon (bond), in this case tranche nos 29 and 30 which is their last $30,000,000 mil, they (BBs) will artificially push the trading price as low as possible co's like that they only get to pay alot, alot less to convert those million.
2) There after completion, the whole process, price is set as a matter of when only, after all, they (BBs) are holding alot more newly convertible Bond converted to mothers share liao.
3)Just a matter of when for price to be lifted, if S$30,000,000 worth of share is lifted by 10% to 15%. They stand to benefit 3mil to 4.5 mil in capital gain.
4) If my explaination is wrong, please do me a flavour..can, help me to understand what is all this about

Selling has started last wk...from last Mon23 Jun to Thurs 26 Jun  (4days) before the calling stop on Fri where index pickup  +9 points.

So coming Monday can safely do a select bagain hunting. Where do ah Pek and Ah Soo know all this selling is over co's SPH publish will be late one.

Selling has started last wk...from last Mon23 Jun to Thurs 26 Jun  (4days) before the calling stop on Fri where index pickup  +9 points, so coming Monday can safely do a select bagain hunting. Where do ah Pek and Ah Soo know all this selling is over co's SPH publish will be late one.

selling has happened liao due to Angmo calling, (see below Quote), my tot tell me Angmo has sold some stocks liao following Citi Grp calling and now selectively buying up some again.

Fact I am depressed when fung choi  was supposed to go up after hiting a high of 77cts...but the mkt corrects...I sincerely wanted everyone to make $....but did nox expect mkt to correct just like that and all predictions and hot info just go astray...I really got the news of roadshow from my broker that credit sussiee going  to promote fung choi..
