Ha ha ha !!! really cannot miss this, just look at China Sunsine on it 1st trading day..39c. Opening at 55.5c, trading to a high of 595c and a low of 525c B4 it closed at 53c. Vol: 68,362,000

What this mean ?. (See below) thk Qs in advance...note that it PE Ratio is 24x. quite high lehh.

The price-to-book ratio for Financial One based on '06 earnings would be 1.6x at the IPO price.

Hong Leong Finance, which also lends to smaller businesses, is trading at 1.3x price-to-book.

Penquin closed at 37c (+0.015c) on heavy volume of 81,039,000, alot has buying power at 0.36.5c and alot seem to profit take at 0.37.c to 0.37.5, while at 0.38c saw profit peaking and with some optimistic players buying in greater numbers, so strong support is seen at 365c. (18,654,000m done)

Description
The Board of Directors of Penguin Boat International Ltd (the "Company") is pleased to announce that D.B. Zwirn Mauritius Trading Limited, in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement, has on 2 July 2007 exercised its right to convert the principal amount of S$2,000,000 in respect of the Tranches No. 28 and 29 redeemable zero coupon convertible bonds with an aggregate value of S$2,000,000, issued by the Company on 19 June 2007 and 2 July 2007.

The aggregate number of shares allotted to D.B. Zwirn Mauritius Trading Limited is 8,960,573 new shares at the Conversion Price, based on a floating rate, of S$0.2232 for each new share for the aggregate value of S$2,000,000. The Conversion Price of S$0.2232 is based on 90% of the average of the five consecutive closing prices per share of the Company for the period from 28 May 2007 to 30 May 2007, 1 June 2007 and 4 June 2007.

The 8,960,573 new shares will be listed and quoted on the Singapore Stock Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

None of the directors or the substantial shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the above transaction nor any connection with the Subscriber, its directors or substantial shareholders.

The Company confirms that Rule 825 of the Listing Manual is complied with arising from the issue of the 8,960,573 new shares.

Note : (Capitalised terms not expressly defined herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Company's Circular dated 11 October 2006)

UPDATE ON MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING


Description Further to the announcement made on 5 June 2007, the Board of Directors of Ban Joo & Company Limited (the "Company") wishes to update that Shanghai All-Points Investment Co., Ltd ("All-Points") has officially launched its paperless sale of welfare lottery business in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China. All-Points is the company to whom the WOFE (as defined in the MOU) which will become a subsidiary of the Company when set up after the execution and completion of the definitive agreement, will provide consultancy services pursuant to the terms of the MOU.

Meanwhile, the Company is still in the process of conducting the relevant due diligence investigations relating to the proposed transactions and working on the definitive agreements pursuant to the provisions of the MOU. The Company shall provide further updates regarding the status of the implementation of the MOU when appropriate.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Stocks posted solid gains for the third straight session Tuesday, as investors welcomed more acquisition news ahead of the July 4 holiday.


The Dow Jones industrial average (up 41.87 to 13,577.30, Charts) and the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index (up 5.44 to 1,524.87, Charts) gained a little more than 0.3 percent.
