Can anyone has..or say we got what we has....financial muscle strength by pumping many billion into bank, lower interest rate and so on....to ride out over this dark cloud hanging all over this world is trying to bufff......and trying to ensure ppl's all over that this storm will blow over....come on, of course. We will not before riding into stage 3.

We are facing at the word, confidence right in our own face and in our sub-conscious mind.

Sell into strength...Sub-prime woes is spreading into US housing woes payment scheme, cutting deeper into US economy and pushing  further US to test it recession as FED ponder on how to save...this credit crunches from melting away. (Setting stage 3 into turmmoil)

For a start FED cuts discount rate on loan to banks. What next...a interest cut...? mop up those bad mortgagers loan...? and "lei long" them..? Was wondering Ex-FED chief kept increasing rate to pop-up the economy w/o knowing bad load kept increasing...and now FED chief headache in trying to contain the damaged done. (Ben is bang on saving US economy by making policy U turn).

1st was credit issue, then credit squeeze, next credit crunches, what next ?, credit melt down.Smiley

Bad news..All good eggs turning bad (all stocks is not spare, came under attack from hedge fund...redemption calling), hedge fund selling...and SGX declared it server is 3rd times (again) is unable to take the stress through this mess / huge selling order and good news is....

Hedge fund pounded on STI cheaper stocks after 2:30pm in a blink causing STI to recover lost ground from a low of 2,962.01 to closed off at 3,130.71 points (-21.45 points).Smiley

[Chart]

SGX. Coming week will see / saw again on volatile trading due to unsettling Sub-prime woes, Key currency (Yen rising interest rate) fluctuate, hedge fund shuting off certain amount of $$$ to..., $$$ money is drying up but US$ will be support, key market like Dow very un-settle-out to do a flavour like lower interest rate, oil price sliding, consumers spending less in the biggest market-US, market is fearful of market is jittery even with those very strong hedge fund supporters around.

Just sharing my tot.Smiley

The day of easy credit seem over for US housing mortgage loading default where those hundred US$ billion load out to more risky moatgagers. Another word more banks and Institutional  and hedge funds will have more reporting to bear with till it dust it settle

Sub-prime saga continue spreading it woes to key currencies. New FED chief is now doing damaged control.....will it help for now. I think not...Smiley thou..it is better late then never. oil px is expecting to be on the slide as US 2Half is expecting to slow or even test depression before recovering it old self. Singapore and regional economic look robust, however world financial market is in bad shape and is trying to prevent further erosion by implementing damaged control. WatchSmiley

STI is down on contiune sub-prime woes, now spreading to Key currencies as investors sell assets funded by Yen loans and also ripple effecting short term securities.

This will put more pressure on oil price to go lower as consumer growth slow on 2H.
