Traded volume is rather very, very low, except when there is a surge shown on 1st Jul 07, alot took profit till it drop to mid Aug, then vol is almost..err..less then 5mil for the rest till now. BBs must be waiting for other to take the bite, think it's the syndicates that are playing the market.

Personnal opinion oni.....not vested....caveat emptor.

This graph chart help!!, $4/-ok lah, $5/- ready for profit..$6/- speculative profit, $3.25..too difficult to get,

$3.80 a possibility !!. It took about 6-8 wks for prices to move up and down, at mid Jan 08 and at end Jan 08 where price is lowest (profit is taken), it will take another 4-6 wks to inch up is prices

Wall Street in mixed territory after choppy morning, big selloff last week. A big drop in the Dec. new home sales index and weakness in global markets factor.

  Painting a nice picture, S'pore will weather the storm, it does not effect the rich, so we will succeed in matter of fact. Most of the poor will be poorer due to d un-solve widering income gap. A few more millionaire will be made and economic report will again paint a rosy picture. Risk is get risker and only way to get rich is gamble. It is not going to get better, going to go turn ugly further down d road.

To the wise, spare a thought and save some for rainy day.

S'pore depending on India, China, EU (Gee...) and also alot on US to take in our factory products...rite. One down, not out, two to go.....

Oh!! about M'sia coming election. U know, i know Y...M'sia is looking for a new mandate to gov.

A smart move...PUB, and now yet another news on Money page Feb 23, 2008 (Sat)

Rising inflation across Asia mauls S'pore REITS...A Reits may offer 6% dvd yield, inflation run at 4.5%, one can get 1.5 % in real mode after less inflation rate.

It is mentioned in ST paper again that Reits Trusts may  still get higher rentals, higher hotel rates. However Reits has fallen  by 32.5% in their value from it peak since last year. China reits fare worst.

Having said that it will contiune in my own opinion, properties prices will slip again this year and also likely next 1st half year. Thus what one can get in return of 1.5% yield, plus lowering stocks prices, one may actual get none returnable losses over this year trading period. It is bad news when US is looking to cut it interest rate to forestall going into a mild recession.

Just sharing my personnal tot, not vested in any REITS.

Since president is offering to buy the rest of the company for S$0.225 a share, or S$116.6 million, (it currently holds 451,172,504 shares, or a 46.54% stake), assuming the remaining share it own is bot at half price and or less then half the offer price Before Jade price shot to it current trading price. I has to assuming on average prices, it has to work into it, it has to average out between the mostly bottom traded price and the most topist trade price, renkon it less then 20 cent on average to own it. Look likely Jade (BBs) got a longer road to offload in this volatile times, whoever is vested, anything beyond the offer price 22.5 ct, unless more solid good news appear out of the blue and till the BBs pay up. Make me recall how Digiland is speculated on...Hmm. Take care.

Buying alot below 10 cents, then make an offer at 22.5ct....isit a good time to unload !!!

Due to the speculative nature of the un-arrival of the promises good and with some help from sub-prime woes, it reach a high of 7-8ct, then downhill was forestall at about 5-6ct before it slowly slide toward 3-4ct, then for yet another un-arrival of promise good, it contiune it slide to 1.5-2ct before it touch down at one (1) cent.

Last year 2007, prices peak to more then S$4000/- per sq m, those buy on speculation maybe hit as for today, moving forward, prices is not moving up, chances is, it can move slowly on a downward, my tot said it can move down it property prices this year.
