As U has mentioned, it will....Just that it is now trying to find it space to settle, it trenching can be very volatile and can last a few days up or down, can reach a dollar. not careful bot at a high (hoping to sell higher---no choice but to cut loss), bot low (lucky to sell into strength and take ur profit) and also those thinking it went up more then a dollar, can sell shot w/o script. so trade with care...YA.

Err....don't mention, just sharing my tot when i saw some posting on Capland, the spike can last 2-3 days up or down pending sentiment news, so those bot high can either hang on or cut it losses, (hoping to sell higher) or those bot at a low (Lucky) to sell into strength. (profit taking). There those also sell shot w/o script and buy back later...Trade with care.

Capland spike down beginning Jan08, then spike up to end Jan08, then spike down to 1st week of Feb08 before pull up a steep climb the 2nd week of Feb08, then a two week attempt to stablizing it trading px at <$6.00 before falling back down again to current support range of $5.60 - $5.80. The word i play on is spike as it can very easily up a dollar ($1.00) or down a dollar ($1.00), so trade with care, and sentiment news or any other news, the spike will remain there trying to find some real support and will remain quite volatile in nature.

I mean gov can afford to top up, up to $4,000. What about those who can't afford, they just don't have that kind of $$$ or cent to so within their mean, some may only have a few hundred dollars in their CPF a/c for retirement. Are they going tobe remain as what they are....?.

Just for info shaing: Yeh yeh yeh...if any one got S$20,000 in Cpf, gov can afford to top up with $4,000, those less then that, is on pro rate accordingly., so those poor may not be able to top up to 20,000 as they have to live on daily w/o any cent left, w/o $$$ left for top up their own a/c. Some even do not have a CPF a/c. This will contiune to pluck gov concern, poor remain poor even after 65...sadSmiley

Kepland Vs Capland. Both real support price is <$5.00,. Capland is on a roll coaster ride ,spiking up/down, trying to find it real support since 2008. (Capland..Trade with care). Meanwhile Kepland is seen to have taken a slide toward >$5.00 w/o much hope of finding some real consolidation support, slide seem predictable and constant.

Posted: 05-Mar-2008 12:57     Just a general advise, by now should have cut lost by half, if not will have wait... for price to settle down, a wait may take 3 -6 mths, buy only on waekness, when the fall is great and sell into strength to pick up some kopi money $$$ and don't hang in there for too long.

05-Mar-2008 16:17:   Wah..!!, went below IPO offer price for the 1st time, alot of buying support at 0.94ct, better trade with more care, next strongest support is at 70 ct. sold my long time back at $1.50

Posted: 07-Mar-2008 12:16       If can, Ask those Analysts, fair value is at 70 cents, renkon this price will be well support by fund concern and those vested before it price start falling and also on condition prevail.

FINALLY, MYSELF... Posted: 08-Mar-2008 09:09        CASH is King, keep it and warm it if one can. Termasek back...Merrill Lynch said No Way for XL Capital to back out of credit guarantees, worth US$31.billion. Another word No write off of  consumers dept against default, reflecting the fragility of the investing banking sector, after Bear Stearns faced a run and was froce to sell it to JPMorgan.

This news throw a deflection on hopes that world credit cruching is easing.....YA..

$550 million of dept is not a small sum, dead line Dec 31. 2009 (17 months) compare to $70 million which is affordable to pay off by Nov 22, (it is not from their kitty, but have to sell off two of their properties) read like with 2nd chance of opportunities, Allco Reits will have one hand tight and the other hand to work, as they has to sell their properties and have to live on borrow money to live on.
