So far this is my 1st one for this year. Offer from my Remiser.

Well after careful tot. no risk , no gain, my Remiser ask me to pickup the offer, so i'm doing just that, look like good enuff for a STAG. Just sharing my tot and action.

Pls do ur home work 1st if any more info pls refer to... China Eratat Sports Fashion offer as of today...April 8, 2008.

Even in CNA news, it put up some encouraging sign for HDB prices, however read again it say Spore high-end property market not so good in coming day, esp 1 2 and 3 Q away for this year..

	Don't expect to much to believe in promises to delivey this and that. BBs's bot into it B4 such news break out and if going is still good, make more $$$ and for little boys, make some..a little abit also can liao. Greedy one will keep falling deeper into endless pit. This can happen to all kind of stocks listed in SGX, sort of in this biggest....CASINO house much bigger then those two (2) IR

Yesterday. It over sold. Today is over bot, reach a high of 10.5ct, then again closed at 0.090ct. Up +0.03 cents or +50 % on heavy profit taken (volume sort of speculative in nature).

It read fewer home loans taken up as property market cools further....page H23 and

Feeling the squeeze as prices of high-end condos starting to fall as sales dwindle...

Lack of solid news, boosted by news effecting from bad sentiment news like credit woes, regional bourses, esp China and now Jade, at least is not Jaded for TT Int. Read like another 2.5 to 3Q away.
