To be honest, we need foreigner and PR, but we must know the balance.

If the PR and citizen status do not make much different, then who will want to become citizen. Even they become citizen, they will still leave the country if there is no advantage to stay as citizen. Government must learn to make citizen has sense of belonging to the country.

We must first make a distinct advantage to citizen like only Citizen can buy HDB or maybe PR need to pay additional 20% cash or more as tax when buying HDB. They will not speculate the HDB market as they will be losing 20%. So simple to control HDB price and to have more new citizen. 1 stone kill 2 birds... lol

The PR issue is for election purpose. Housing drag til now is due to their igorant and selfishness as most MP own a lot of property. Whether there is any curb on the housing or not, the bubble will still need to be burst. Just a cycle.The higher it goes, the higher the impact to the enconmy.

Just my view, after election, we should see the real problem emerge. What you see so beautiful, may not be true inner. Smiley

The government already late in doing so, but late is better then too late. They are doing it right as bubble is no kidding... The STI may see under 1000point if the bubble grow too big and burst... lol... Back to reality... Smiley

On Wednesday, Capitaland re-test its major resistance at $4.01 and closed at $3.94 with LOW volume of 7.29 million shares traded.

A LONG black candle sticks with short upper shadow indicates the profit taking from some traders since prices has issues going above $4.01.

Both RSI & MACD are bearish as RSI remains trending downwards.

Important Resistance of Capitaland: $4.01

Immediate Support of Capitaland: $3.91

Currently prices are supported by the technical/ 200 days MA at $3.91.

From the charts, we could see that Capitaland is forming a descending triangle since Aug 2010 which is a bearish sign.

SEE ANALYSIS FOR YANGZIJIANG


We will watch if the support at $3.91 can hold the prices before making any trading decisions. If the support were to give way, high selling pressure will be expected.

Trade counter that is within my control and limit... Don't need high return, but consistent return... Sometime sell it high to buy it lower to long again...lol... Smiley
