GLP IPO px. is $1.96 MIT IPO px. is $0.93

In term of profit, MIT give a much more return.

MIT IPO px. $0.93 give you a dividend yield of abt 7.6-8 %.

You bought at $1.18, you have to do your calculationon the yield.

Human's nature. If they collect at $0.15, they r afraid that

the px. will drop further. Some ppl like to chase high to sell

higher. Its boil down to your prospective. Wat's your

strategy, e.g. speculate (short term) mid or long term holder.

It's your money, you decide, haha

When the price was at 19-20cents, people said it is a good counter and hoped that the price would dip so they could collect at 15cents.

When the price finally lowers to their intended level (15cents), they become paranoid and don’t dare to enter. 

Sounds contradictory, isn’t it?

Very truth. When properties price move up in Japan and

China, GLP rental income will increase accordingly.
