x 0 		I had bot, trade and contra since sometimes back, a few years back about 30ct plus plus to almost 50cents, to me it seem a lagging stocks now and seem averaging down, having said that most stocks also is down, a investment company most investment is in US. Potientially a very long term stock, try some other if U may be better off on short term.

Today BBs is making an effort to px it up, now trading at 12ct. 2mil share bot at 11.5ct, sold 1mil at 12ct, retailer players (contra play is on..). those bot be prepare to take profit.....just my tot.

Cross my mind. what Malaysia foreign ministry said (Mr Rais Yatim). It mentioned with (new) evidence. there could be other strong, compelling reasons under inter-national law to rebut it, which mean although, it might cease to be of operation if they are shown not to have been operating in the Ialand for 100 years. It could be that way too.

Now can we say we operating on Pulau Pisiang for more then 100 years, can we oso start claiming Palau Pisaing stn (the station) instead of the island...???.

Developers turn landlords as property market stays (Remain) quiet. Win-win deal Developers with projects held back, frim lease out units bought in collective sales. If developers were to launch their projects now. it may be difficult for them to reach their target selling sales price.

Err....on 2nd thought, not so pratical to ban out right.

KL to put off 50km petrol ban plan, Malaysia is to review pratical issues related to curbs on foreign motorists, mentioned on fornt page head line, in Straits Times Monday June 2, 2008.

In deed, a good suggestion, put a lion into d tank full and forget pumping at any stn. when require to pump, pump outside d zone and head striaght , by passing the  50 km zone, i see this zone slowly becoming very pathetic, including Inkander development zone. one less incentive to go JB.

Simply, any rule never goes thro' brain, sure won't work one. Now, see, this cannot that cannot, worst, local people,esp those near boarders, not happy??? Now, owing to PB good settling within both countries, Spore may help to curb the problem over the causeway by implementing full tank instead of 3qtr tank policy. Sure works one. Indirectly means that even spore car travel to and flo 50Km radii will not consume 1qtr of petrol tank leow loh.

Forever no ending problem here...with their problems. A price war`s is on within their car insurance parties that cannot make any money over past five (5) years, (and casualties is us or victim is us...?). Err.... regardless of weather your car in damaged or not must report within 24 hours to the approval centre given by the car insurance companies.

RESOLVING DISPUTES,

Where disputes are resolved through mediation, Fidrec's service are free of charge for consumer. (Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre), so is free service.

teeth53: Just my tot, for how long it will stay free ?, not for ever....rite. Times is oso becoming more expensive when making such a report, then again they will say on go line...rite, then again every thing got to be pay up at the end of the day, still is not free...bottom line.

A big answer is no, this is a regulated state where and when big car insurance business cannot make money, action is taken against all 800,000 car owner if....with such and such policies who failure is their mistake that pass that buck to us to pay and pay regardless of....

Any suggestion to write in official form or pte matter form, (a pc of paper between two parties) agreement not to go to report even when both car kiss each other and the dent is not worth repairing or one car is scratch.

Talk about the end of a 28years row over an island.....I doubt and yes, Malaysia is about to turn back on their honour.

Now they are saying that there is a letter that shows that the island belong to them.  No one have seen the letter but interestingly, they can describe the contents of the letter. After over more than one hundred years. At least 6 generations of humans.

Is it because Malaysia pass on their legal document by word of mouth ? Yes, some angmo ask for permission from their ruler to built the lighthouse. But where is the letter ? After searching 40 intitutions in 11 countries they still cannot recover the letter. So they assume Singapore must have the letter.

The fact we have shown, the letter of 1953.  Malaysia DO NOT have JURSIDICTION OVER THE ISLAND.  THIS IS A FACTS AND NOT AN HEARSAY.

Genting Bhd is selling energy business to get money to invest in genting int. I'm selling my car to get money to buy it share. My target is to buy 50lots of genting share at current price $0.60. Hopefully genting int price will go up to at least S$5 in 3~5 years time. 50 x 5 = S$250K.  WOW!  S$220K. profit
