Sure cool when it stay below 0.40, now targeting 0.50c, (a little hot liao), whoever is holding to this baby, hope would not be the last and hope it list above 0.50c.

some will always peer compare to 16x, err....maybe 12x or even 10x upon listing in korea.

Whatever it take, pls do take care and do ur homework, wishes all a happy new year 2011.

On sharing my own opinion,

Today players here, still very confident and has recommended a most recently target px of up to 0.65c on KOSPI.

Ever since news of dual listing broke on early Oct 2010, by the privilege few on 1st hand info gathered, China gaoxian traded price has since rocket from it bottom low of less then 20c -22c to where it was now, settling to low of 0.415c -0.435c, and after hitting a peak high of 0.465c - 0.470c on heavy traded volume.  

On players in Korea (KOSPI news) Growth is slowing this year, investment risk is the thing - outrunning

On the recent share price soared. This somewhat strange phenomenon can be called.

Domestic investors to invest in a little recently jumped China that the island is part of what we should have to worry

Re-fresh - While information is always distinctively late and trading always coming in fast and ferocious at the fore. Forming very own decision wisely is as difficult as finding a pin in the ocean. When oneself is in d picture, it can always as good as not been able to tell what is good, bad or ugly. it is always human, to error...the less prone mistake decision make, the better.

In others word - stay outside of the picture and can see more or less, the truth self of it.

On Soilbuild - SB REIT. U are right. as mentioned too. I left it to BBs to  field up when it offer for ipo. I'm more interested in SB  Construction. 

IPO  priced@$0.25 A 2nd chance, hopefully to collect abit of kopi $ when mkt turn around.

.Avoid most REIT esp this one by soilbuild..the directors not long float Soilbuild after getting it taken private a few years ago..this ipo reit may go under..look at OUE reit so good yield so can't go up..hence soilbuild REIT may go under

Friday - S'pore's finance minister. Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam  said. A wind down of the US Federal Reserve's stimulus programme will " not be a bad thing" for Asean,  that saw a huge sell-off in emerging markets.

He  said  - Fed must manage the move carefully, citing the week's volatility that has seen the Indian rupee plunge to record lows and other currencies also founder. " Tapering of (the Fed's bond-buying scheme) and tightening of US monetary policy, when it occurs, will not be a bad thing for the region's economies."

" It is not in anyone's interest, for very low global interest rates to continue indefinitely," including the emerging economies, " Low or -ve interest rates have inevitably led to a search for higher  yield and a build-up of financial imbalances in Asia."

QE unwinding would take place together with a recovery in the US economy " is not in itself a negative for ASEAN countries" . Said Shanmugaratnam, who's one of S'pore's two deputy prime ministers.

Friday - S& P 500 managed a wk gain after two straight wks losses, but headwinds for blue chips left the Dow lower for the period, extending its losses for a 3rd wk. Treasury yields overall remained rising attracting money out of foreign emerging mkts sending emerging mkt funds and ETFs plunging and the guessing game on whether the Fed would begin to pull in its stimulus program next month.

Fed's policy-setting Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC). Since May that it would begin to taper its $85 bil a mth bond-buying program late this year. In late July, data continued to present a mixed picture, minutes to the  meeting of the FOMC show the policy-makers themselves uncertain about the overall trajectory.

S& P 500 added 0.5% for the wk, @1,663.50. While Dow lost 0.5% to 15,010.51 points.

x 0 		I believed most if not all the vested BBs oredi taken their money of the table as it had oredi hit up to 2.5 times it placement share. Even at last closing price is say 23c to 235c, it's100% profitable.

Manipulated counter,  highly and likely.

Total  nos outstanding  shrs only 1.3bil and yesterday's traded vol is 1.3bil ++  shrs. Wed - 380m shares shorted and 200m ++ shrs shorted on Thurs. Looks like shortist  is playing up and down b'cos  one can  sell and back within same day and short record is not necessary the truth data  available. Any way.,  BBs can easily play along on shares regardless shares is up or down. it closed of @0.039c, down 2cents.

Thinking carefully before buying properties in Malaysia :

1) Their currency will go down in long term.

2) Their gov will change the rule (like taxing foreigner heavily) to please their citizens as they are complaining that the foreigners are causing the price to run wild.

3) Difficult to collect rent. If force them to shift, they will damage your property.

4) If not rented out, the drug addicts will turn your home into thair haunts.

5) The security guards are not well regulated. They may also cahoots with the robbers.

6) Malaysian are good in building but poor in maintenance.

7) beware of the Johore royal family. Don't get entangle with them even if  they provoke you by driving very fast and cut just inches in front of your car (sway).

Sha Ying | CNBC Emerging markets strategist Peter Redward, who correctly predicted a sharp slide in the Indian rupee and Indonesia rupiah, has warned the selling isn't yet over for the countries struggling to narrow current account deficits.

In a research report published on Sept 4, 2012 entitled 'INR's vulnerability is rising, again', Redward projected a 12-mth target for the rupee of 62 against the U.S. dollar. The currency hit that level last Friday.

And, in August 13, 2012, the former Singapore-based Head of Emerging Asia research at Barclays Capital also forecast a slump in the Indonesia rupiah to 10,700 in 12 months, a level reached on Tuesday.

Federal Reserve is closely monitoring the labor mkt as it mulls plans to draw down a major economic stimulus program in which it buys long term bonds to keep borrowing costs low.

The U.S. central bank has said it plans to start scaling back on the program this year, and many economists expect the Fed will begin reducing monthly bond purchases next month.

The claims report showed  nos of people still receiving benefits under regular state programs after an initial wk of aid rose 29,000 to about 3mil in wk ended Aug 10.
