Potential value of YHM not in stock price yet. YHM was acquired to independently carry out oil & gas related services that are complimentary to Ezion?s core businesses. Since the acquisition in Nov 2012, Mr Woo Peng Kong (who used to work alongside Ezion?s CEO in KS Energy) was appointed as YHM?s CEO and SGD30m was raised via perpetual capital securities.

Stock price of YHM has held up at levels which cannot be justified by its current fundamentals even though no concrete business plans has been announced. In our view, the strategy to ride on the potential of YHM is through direct investment in Ezion as we believe that the market value of YHM (SGD165m or SGD0.16/sh) has not been accounted for in Ezion?s stock price.

On Myanmar is continuing on it reform path, near to long term and Soilbuild construction has very good growth potential especially it has enter into property consultation development and to have further insight.

Soilbuild Construction oso has a very good potential and further opportunities to JV developing properties in Myanmar partner in near to long term with their expertise in building and in business space reit.

A big n well know brand name in JV will most likely propel SB construction. Am I thinking too far?.

Short to mid term it has did so by been a consultation building expertise establishing a name in Myanmar.

It's a defensive stk. Why I mull over between Soilbuild and Yoma..???.

Missed boat or profit had been taken?, there is always next opportunities.

On Oceanus. Whatever price maybe on opening. Yes can buy for oni one purpose - speculation, and take whatever profitable $ n don hold.

Thot U r vested heavily in Oceanus, n need2par down ur losses. It's better to go for defensive stks this 1-2 mths.

Do consider n take a look@SB Construction n SB Reits, prices is being to look abit more attractive. Same thot - pls do due diligence.

Many who bot at the high of 0.47c, would be awaiting anxiously for their chances to get out of the this burnt pot, history has it now, can takes a long time b4 CGX share price can recover to its previous high as no BBs boys would be senseless or foolish enuff to come along to undertak losing position for retailers who bot at an ever increasingly higher and at riskingly price.

Thus, would be sellers dying to come out of their losing position at every turn, sell into strength or cut it lost.

Just like currently CGX is oso posting some good news about having factory in China (here n there).

Just sharing info and my thot: (In further probing.) My remisier told me, it is been play up, this is a speculated stock, after all IPO mgr has had done due diligent--their home work (Diligent is a constant effort to accomplish something-- attentively and persistently in doing so...), in preparation for KOSPI listing. There is no yardstick to measure. The first of it kind for a China fabric company to list in Korea.

Hope it can help would be stake players to make better decision.

This is many example why players had choosen to ignore when sign is point to something too good to be true. (blind by greed)

Refreshing reminder, is all about risk appetite. There's many kind and type of Players - mainly pessimistic, others type too optimistic.

many try, many fail and yet many paid heavily to learn....humm.

Got profit take some n always leave some, losses..??. learn to cut loss.

buying shr that one can afford to loss or hold and not to loss over sleep. or

Missed boat or profit had been taken?, there is always next opportunities.

pls do own homework n best decide by mkt players - is very personnal

What players like and or don like is not to know about company history, which can lead to know how n what company back ground in...

For eg is B4 ipo-ing, players need to know at three years of their business back ground, in stk /shr trading n B4 placing bet.

It even more important to know what those BBs is going to do with when asking for more money from un-suspecting public players.
