Shanghai Composite: Why i am BULLISH medium-term.

Last week's decline on the SSEC, got tongues wagging & China bears smacking their lips in excitement. This weekend i suggested that this was the final shake&bake, to throw panicked retail feeders off the trail. And yes, i maintain my medium-term bullish and long-term bearish, outlooks. Just like it has in the recent past, Shanghai will probably lead again with the recovery. This long-term chart below, going back 13 years, speaks volumes:

Yup...

Today's low is .395.

375/.38 would be a nice entry price...

But be ready to quickly dump it without hesitation if it falls below .375.,,

Because if it does, it is likely to go even lower than that... Smiley

It will break $1 before you even knew it.

The longer Yanlord stays at $1.60, the harder it will edge dow when the curtains goes down.

It is like accumulating a  snowball over the months, then one kick it will just rip.

Yanlord chart is just too classic, off the book stuff for a collapse in price.

Anybody who has basic technical chart experience will recognise the bearish signal waiting to unleash.

Be patience buy only 1Q 2011. Its still early days for now.

No matter who says it is a good buy now or got government backing, pls wake up.

When the tide goes down, everyone is naked.

Watch World Cup forget about Stocks for now.

If you are young , pls go ahead and get some burning sensation.

After completing a medium rare , pls come back to reality.

Otherwise, when you are old and still doing this kind of cooking, you will die a poor old man.

Leverage never wins, otherwise stock broking house would not be doing this business. The house always wins.

If you can win using leverage , you should be able to win without leverage. Real kungfu no need weapon. Its the wisdom gain over the years to prevent doing stupid things like CFD.

Real kungfu needs patience and real ammunition to kill its opponents during its weakest moment.

Pls go to my seven sins for some advice.

Hahaha, no wonder broker house never go broke just like well managed casino.

Thank for all the advise and information.

I have only 6 months of trading/investment experience.

The important thing is, I discovered my character, style & what I want to get from stock market. So far, i found that, holding a stock for long term is not suitable for me. The reason is because i do not have large fund Smiley. Beside this, i found that a lot of US blue chip like citigroup beat down all the way to penny stock. So i think to have a strategy like entry point & exit point is more logical for me.

The main reason I am looking at CFD is because during last month selldown. I only can sell off my holding and wait sideline for the time to go long again. I believe as trader you must be able to short and long depend on the trend & timing, if I not wrong, i believe iPunter mentioned about this before.

During the past 6 months, i learnt a lot from forumer here. But I found that forumer here seldom discuss about money management. To trade CFD, money management must be strong as mention by  Susan66. I also learnt something from alexchia01, his post did advise to allocated % of capital in different stage.

At the same time, I still struggling with TA which I learnt from book and Bintang.

I still learning, hopefully one day, I know which work best for me.

Last 2months when I went to China in a 3 tier city, in a shopping centre where there is a new launch of a local China property developer and the salesgirl very direct.

I ask her how much she says 700k rmb for a 100sqm, very affordable.

Then I say I am a foreigner, she lucky best and shove me to another show room.,

telling me I should consider another plot adjacent to this development site

These are for HongKees and Shenzhen investors, good for speculation. Everyone doing, sell away after making some gains.

From the experience, I think China is really in the verge of a bubble as the effect has spread to 3 tier city. Shanghai property price for the high end really never drop, but hovering. Think the Tsunami is awaitng its time to slash its forces.

Come , The Middle Kingdom,,, Earthquake at Property prices going to happen soon.

God bless the innocents.

"""""

“The euro is a credible currency,” Trichet told reporters in Vienna on May 31. “I would also say that the euro is keeping its value in a remarkable fashion. It is a very important asset for external and internal investors.”

G-20 Meeting

At a meeting of Group of 20 finance chiefs in Busan, South Korea, June 4-5, Trichet said fiscal tightening in “old industrialized economies” would aid the expansion by shoring up investor confidence.

The last time the ECB intervened was in 2000. On September 22, it was joined by central banks from the U.S., Japan, the U.K. and Canada in purchasing the euro at about 86 cents, boosting the currency as much as 4 percent against the yen and the dollar within 15 minutes. The ECB bought more two months later after it weakened to a record 82.3 cents, Barclays said in a May 21 note.

All these policy makers really know how to blow their horn when the trains light is staring into their eyes.

But bo bian, he just cant say I am in a damm shit, how to get out from this shit hole. Get me some Japanese printing banana machines, I need to spring roll Euro and become Heli-Trichet, spraying Euro dollars everywhere in Euro instead of Carbon emission.

The lost decade will belong to Euro this round.

Made no mistake.

Accordingly to the legacy by our infamous Asian Crisis and US financial crisis,

We all like three things to go hand in hand before it bust

This are as follows :

97 Thailand, South Korea and Indonesia

09 Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and AIG

SO no different this time

We need three European countries to bust before climax can reach :

I am nominating

1) Greece

2) Eastern Bloc countries--just one will do since so many has problem

3) Spain-- fancy they will win World Cup, more likely European Crisis Champion

It takes three to party & Tango

and guess God like it this way to end the game.

Welcome to the party of chaos!!

Finally China will be next crisis in 10 years time just like Japan after 40 years of almost non stop GDP growth

‘Something Serious’

Swaps on Spanish government debt were up 22 basis points at 278, after earlier reaching a record 295.5, according to CMA. Contracts on Portugal were 26 basis points wider at 364.8, while Ireland was up 32 basis points at 292, and Italy climbed 30 basis points to an all-time high of 264, before retreating to 253. The Markit iTraxx Crossover Index of swaps linked to 50 companies with mostly high-yield credit ratings jumped 27 basis point to 584, according to Markit Group Ltd.

This Year award for Leading provider of world crisis belongs to none other than the Euro Zone.

2020-23--China[after 40years of accelerated growth]

2010--Euro[after 40 years of stagnant growth-this one I guess one]

2009--US house market

1997--Asia-4 Tigers[after 30years of accelerated growth]

1990--Japan[after 40years of accelerated growth]
