INVESTMENT IN WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY IN SINGAPORE
The Board of Directors of Ezion Holdings Limited (the " Company" ) wishes to announce that the Company had established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore under the name " Atlantic London Pte. Ltd." (the " Subsidiary" ). The Subsidiary will have an issued and paid-up capital of USD100,000.00. The principal activities of the Subsidiary are that of rig owner and provision of rig services. The above investment will be funded through internal resources of the Company and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and the net tangible assets per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction, save for their shareholdings in the Company. Well, if you buy anything 2 months ago you will be laffing all the way to the bank. This guy has low PE, now 7.43, historical PE 7.9, still has some leg to go if no one " spike" it. 52 Week High [2011-04-06] (SGD) 0.355, 52 Week Low [2011-12-29] (SGD) 0.191 DJ MARKET TALK: Kim Eng Tips Basket Of 10 Singapore Small-Caps , It tips AusGroup (5GJ.SG), Broadway Industrial (B69.SG), China Minzhong (K2N.SG), Eratat Lifestyle (FO8.SG), Lian Beng (L03.SG), Li Heng Chemical Fibre (E9A.SG), Mercator Lines (EE6.SG), Midas Holdings (5EN.SG), Pacific Andes Resources (P11.SG) and Raffles Education (NR7.SG). My guess is it may reach 30cents, still is good value. I am holding and add on weakness.. |
